From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

The apartment is fully equipped, is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. A bike rental is nearby.

Our sunny garden chalet is freely situated in our 400 spuare metre-large garden behind the house. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.

Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.
