Vacation rentals with a pool in Hà Nam

Thi Thanh Tra's place was an excellent house to live in, close enough to many of the areas we wanted to visit. He took the time to suggest the best way to visit certain locations, as well as being available for whenever we needed advice. A very helpful and friendly host, would recommend to anyone interested in this area.

Super friendly volks who are running the place! It felt quiet there and it was nice to hear the birds and see the mountains and rice fields. It's just a short walk away from the town center. For breakfast they offered some fried rice, fried eggs, fruits and pancakes. All in all great experience. We would come back:)

An absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. This was the best Airbnb my family has stayed at in all of Vietnam. We’ve been living in Vietnam for a year and traveling quite a bit so that is saying a lot! It was so clean and I felt very comfortable. I also really appreciated Betty accommodating for us to stay a little later than the normal check out time. Since our flight was delayed, we didn’t arrive until almost 6am. Betty was very understanding and allowed us to stay longer to recover. I am so thankful, especially since we were traveling with two young kids. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

Cuong and his family are extremely kind and above and beyond helpful! Always messaged us back quickly and even kept us informed of local events in the community. Amazing host!

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

Extremely proactive Host. Literally responds within minutes. Hang made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The Onsen next door was relaxing to say the least. Great neighborhood to enjoy evening walks and plenty of food options and marts just steps away. The room decor was very warm and snazy and above all very clean. We had a wonderful time and shall definitely repeat. Thanks again!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!
