Her homestay also is run as a café and restaurant, so you don’t have to go far when you need food or drinks. While her homestay is located a bit away from the main tourist attractions—which was the main reason I chose it—you can consider that when planning your trip. Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Of all places we have stayed at in Viet Nam, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable! The owner is the sweetest soul and all the staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast here was my favorite food on my entire journey (eggs, soup, banana pancakes, fresh fruit - pineapple, watermelon, passion fruit!! -, fresh vegetables, fresh watermelon juice omg😍😍) and everything so delicious, they prepare it right in front of you! It was so cool that they also had 2 different kinds of strawberry jam, red and yellow. All in all they keep it simple but delicious. The rooms where you stay have good air conditioning and the bed is very good. I slept really well for the first time on our trip. The most beautiful thing - beside the breathtaking view - was the peace and quiet around. And you can get to the best sights in 10min (– rent a bike!). Only negative I can say is that we didn’t come here earlier.😌 Thank you so much for the best 3 days we will 100% be returning 💝💝💝

I have a pleasure of staying here. The natural surrounding is stunning. My family love it so much. The staff are all nice and helpful , specially thanks to the staff called Near and her sister assist with different problems. The hostel provides a free breakfast which is simple and delicious. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to all of you.

Is a beautiful place with limestone surround. Bicycles are provided so it enables you to get around to sightsee at Thung Nham, Bamboo is used throughout Nan House which gives you the feel of being in Asia. Nan had a nice swimming pool, room is big with comfy bed. Nan doesn't use plastic bottles but glass ones which shows that they have environmental awareness. The staff are friendly and the food is home made delicious highly recommend to eat there I got there late at night they went out of the way to prepare food for me the best spring rolls ever Nan house as an great place to stay in Ninh Binh.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment fully matched the description: it was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient — close to restaurants and various attractions. Communication with the host was fast and pleasant; they responded quickly to all our questions, and there is an option to book transfers and tours. We are very grateful for the hospitality and will definitely come back if we have the chance!

Our stay was very nice, the place is beautiful and quiet. Our host speaks pretty good German and English and was extremely helpful. You can rent a scooter if you are interested. One thing that did not work out perfectly was finding the place because it has the wrong address on Airbnb. You are not supposed to go to Mua Hang Eco Garden, instead search for “Trang An Legend” and you will find it right away.
