It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Good Time Charlie 3: central flat with Rooftop

Situated right in the heart of Hermoupolis, just a minute away from the city' s main square or the famous Apollo theatre and only a five- minute walk away from the Vaporia district with Saint Nicholas church as its most prominent feature. Charlie 3, is a spacious apartment of 67 square meters with its very own roof terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink. It is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs. There is luggage storage available.

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.
