Fell IN LOVE with the house and the location the sunset was mesmerizing , truly unforgettable cant wait to be back next year. Chrysa was super helpful and made us feel instantly like we were talking to a friend.

Helen is an excellent host, and thanks to her hospitality, we were really happy with our stay in Kini. The location is great: you overlook the entire bay but are a few steps away from the busy and noisy restaurant area. The house itself is wonderful - we especially loved the balcony and the library. Welcome snacks/drinks, toiletries, and a lovely souvenir from Helen are those extra touches that make this home stand out. Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay in 2 bungalows in Bernard and Georges's beautiful estate. We were welcomed in an extremely warm and friendly way. The infinity pool is beautiful with views to the hills and the sea. The estate and garden are very beautiful thanks to the talents of the owners. I highly recommend this rental, to spend moments of relaxation and fullness thanks to the landscapes. It is also a good starting point to discover all the beaches of the island which are numerous and very pleasant.

This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

An exceptionally beautiful place in an exceptionally beautiful location! The apartment is both stylishly decorated - all white! - and very well equipped, and not even a minute from Andros castle and the sea. We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights as part of our family holidays in the Cyclades and absolutely loved it. The only minor inconvenience was the relative difficulty in finding a parking space for our rental car (the flipside of the fantastic location at the tip of the peninsula, which is mostly pedestrianised). On arrival, we left the car in a public car park by the cinema, at the other end of the pedestrianised zone, and it took us a good 20-30 minutes to carry our luggage to the apartment. We later found a parking option a little closer, along Paralia Paraporti beach (5-10 mins). The hosts were easy to communicate with and super responsive when we struggled a little to locate the apartment initially. Overall one of our best experiences in the Cyclades so far!

Alexandros was very friendly and ready to help and respond in our requests. The place was magnificent with excellent sea view and mountain view at the same time. The villa was really clean, full of amendments in a terrific place and very quite. The private pool was very clean as the surrounding. We thank our host for everything and especially for these unforgettable stay. We suggest it with no doubt !!!!!!!!

Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped, in a very nice location. The hosts and Mrs. Eleni were very friendly and helped us with her suggestions.We will definitely visit it again!!!

The house was very beautiful, clean, and tidy. She provided all the basic necessities you would find in a 4* hotel and more I will dare to say. Petroula, as long as she didn't have another reservation, allowed us to check in earlier and at the latest checkout thinking about our 1.5-year-old child and that was very kind 😀
