Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gwangju

Hello. This is the team that visited the first week of April. I said I'd write a review right after I got back, but I ended up writing it late. It was nice for a big family to stay. ~ It was a comfortable space as if I was staying at a relative's house. I was also grateful for the host's detailed explanation. If I have the chance to stay in Gwangju again next time, I'd like to use it again~

Highly recommend. The house is around the neighborhood of hwasun. On the way there, the road side is full with cherry blossoms, so pinkish all the way. The house is very clean and complete. The host provides good quality appliances which makes my stay more comfy. Linens and bedding is comfortable too. Dishes and dishes for bbq are complete too. I hope to be able to come back and stay more days. It was a lovely weekend we had.

After a family wedding, I decided to stay one more night in Gwangju, and while looking for a place to stay, I chose it because there were enough rooms and beds for two families to stay. However, it was clean beyond my expectations, especially the kitchen was very spacious, so my parents were very satisfied, and they slept well. There was an electric mat for each bed, so I was impressed. It was nice for families to gather in the kitchen to eat and drink tea, and I think it would be nice to go down the yard on the first floor when it doesn't rain. It was such a shame that I only spent one night. It was so nice to take a walk around, and there were many pretty cafes, so it was good to see. I'd like to come again next time I get a chance ^ ^ Oh, the host was very kind and gentle, and I felt better. Thanks to you, I made a good time. 💛

The location was great because watching baseball was the main purpose The building is old, but the interior of the accommodation is not the same, but it was clean and nice. However, I was embarrassed when the rust came out at first in the shower. Fortunately, it didn't come out after a while, so I just washed it. Other than that, the stairs were a little dangerous, Overall, it was great value for the money

It's a peaceful and beautiful space. It's close to the center, yet quiet and independent. I want to visit again if I come to Gwangju.

The accommodation is totally for women, but I was able to imitate their tastes.. I'm from Gyeongsang, so I don't have much of a chance to go to Gwangju in my life (because it's far), but this time I was able to go to Gmaeokseok!! First of all, the room is bigger than the picture and it's so cute that I want to decorate my room like this someday.. There's 1 room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.. There's no body lotion, but all the other amenities are there! The towels are also snuffy. The maximum occupancy is 3 people, but we were 4 people, so we asked for an extra blanket and a futon, and they even gave us a big mat!! So, I slept really well.. It was a shame that I was on my first trip to Gwangju, so I had a lot of time to stay outside, so I just slept.. I'm going to Gwangju again in October, so I'm going to stay again! The host is also very kind! See you next time!!

Place is clean and spacious. It has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Area right outside of the door is open with a view of a nice Korean suburban neighborhood. There are many late night restaurants around the area. As a result, though, it can get a little noisy at night.

We live in Osan and my husband was on a work trip in Gwangju so my son and I drove to see him and stayed at this AirBnB and it was perfect for what we needed! Would recommend it to anyone!

I booked it because the photos of the accommodation I saw on Airbnb were so pretty, but it was even better when I actually went! First of all, the cleanliness was very good. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all tidy, and the towels and bedding were clean enough to look like new.

First of all, I told you that I had done it before check-in, and you provided it right away and responded, so I felt so good, but as soon as I checked in, the atmosphere was so pretty, and the lighting and night view were sparkling, so I took a lot of photos.. There was also a radiator, circulator, etc., so I was able to stay cozy, and we only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we cooked so comfortably, watched OTT as much as we could, and had fun playing games!! I think I'll stay here again next time my boyfriend comes to Gwangju again.. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation♡

Because it was a high floor, I had privacy and mental stability both at night and during the day. ~ I also took a nap in the massage chair! I was surprised that it was even equipped with emergency medicine! The bedding was also great in the spacious apartment! If I visit Gwangju again, I will visit without hesitation.

this apartment is great! perfect for staying in Gwangju area and the near nature attractions. the house looked better than the pictures which was a nice surprise,highly recommend!

The host is kind, and it's nice that the check-in and check-out times can be adjusted! The location of the accommodation is so good, and it's a 7-8 minute walk from E-Mart? It takes about a day. I'm willing to revisit because it's clean!

I have really great stay here. 연이님 really friendly and responsive host. Always help me and giving details instructions ☺️. Just wanted to give few feedback about kitchen utensils quite old. And no fork and cup provided. So little bit hard for me to make my morning coffee 🙂 I’m not finding any detergent but it doesn’t give me big problem since I bring mine. Overall it’s really good stay for me. Will come again soon.

The location is quite good for the area. The place is clean with easy access.

It is a good place for the kitchen washing machine for 2 rooms for the price. My relatives asked for extra bedding on Sunday due to flight cancellation, and thankfully, they responded quickly. I will thank you so much I had a good rest with good memories in Gwangju.

The host guided me so kindly and was so considerate of my questions that I had a comfortable stay. The house and the items provided were the same as the photos, and it was nice to feel the consideration for each of the items for a comfortable stay. Amenities such as super restaurants were also close by, so it was relatively comfortable and safe to stay for a relatively long time. The host responded quickly and kindly to any questions or concerns, so I felt comfortable during my stay. Recommended.

I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

The location is a little remote, but it's a friendly neighborhood. You must bring a car. If you want to go to the nearby grocery store, you have to go about 3 minutes by car. The room is big and the living room is big, so it's great to stay. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay with thoughtful details!

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It gets plenty of daylight and it's great for working or studying. The location is also convenient. There are bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paul was very kind and quick to respond to my messages. I felt very comfortable. My stay was excellent.
