Here's your ocean~front dream location! Comfortable family home on a large, quiet lot with privately accessed beach. Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor brick/ fire pizza oven, and a huge yard. This historic cottage features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Walking distance to a Provincial Beach & pet friendly. Bbq provided. Explore the woods, walking trails, listen to the ocean waves. Climbing ropes, trampoline, free range chickens! Enjoy the fire pit, water view sauna! Like many homes on the island, this is a very old, rustic cottage with lots of charm and the most comfy beds. If you’re looking for a hot tub experience check out 'The fisherman's cottage' a short distance away.
