Great place to stay. We were traveling as a family and we had enough space. Nice outdoor patio with great views. We arrived in the morning and were hungry. Some breakfast food was in the kitchen and tea was provided. Bandana was so nice to think of us. Hope to be back next year!

Overall stay was great. Just few points so overall experience is enhanced for future guests. The water pressure in kitchen and bathroom was very low. A simple pressure pump with the help of a plumber should easily solve the issue. Also please provide a gas burner with pipe or cylinder gas connection. There was no dedicated parking for guests available though the listing mentioned parking.

Amresh and Sanjay was a great host, the place had a beautiful view, you can just sit there and stare at mountain, An easy choice if i return next time, Highly recommended to everyone.

Lipika and Samar have been excellent hosts and I am writing this review because they made our stay very comfortable inspite of the fact that they had to attend to the most important festival during that period. The house was impeccably clean and was cleaned up everyday to the same standard and linen renewed. TV with all channels was available in each room. Personally prepared breakfast by Lipika made us feel like home and do look forward to staying at their place in future. May God Bless and bestow good health and cheer to them & their family.

Mr Ranjan is a very polite and kind person. He helped us with directions and also helped us in parking our vehicle. If there was anything required he was just a call away.

A beautiful and cozy place place to stay, centrally located at the heart of Guwahati city. This location is at a nearby distance from a few hotspots as well as transport option. If you have to stay in Guwahati near Beltola region, we highly recommend this place. The house is serene, with nice garden, and very neat and clean house. We bet if you find a particle of dust in the house! Perfectly made beds and blankets for the Guwahati weather keeps you warm as well as refreshed all day. Owners (Krishnaji & Mr. Barua) are very polite and approachable. They never interfere with your privacy but are always on their toes to guide you and address the concerns if any. Their home cooked food made by Jayanto, a humble and hardworking, polite young man who is available for your service all the time, is always fresh and finger licking! You don't feel like going out for food if you taste the food cooked here. Fish is the specialty. Bathroom is very spacious, neat and clean. Towel and toiletries are always available. Their interior is very interesting and they have mini library too. In case you want to have a lazy day at home- this is perfect place too! Locality is serene and pleasant. You have market nearby. I don't think you can have more perfect place than this!

The place was very well kept and had all the basic amenities needed. The internet worked well, the bathroom was clean and hygienic and they also had one extra bed and sufficient blankets which works well in the winters as well. The caretaker was so very considerate allowing us to check in late at night. Overall highly satisfied

very peaceful location. very beautiful apartment and also nicely maintained. Ultra clean if I may add. Owner also very nice and responsive. I had to keep my bags for some time after my checkout time, he was gracious enough to let me do that. Hence overall great experience for my stay of 3 days. Location was perfect for me as I had come for an exam whose centre was near to this apartment. Will surely visit again
