It is a very nice, large apartment. It exceeded our expectations!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modern furnishings and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is totally centrally located, you can walk to everything: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We could even have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

We had booked at short notice on Airbnb without experience because we were supposed to visit our relatives in Memmingen for Christmas. Philipp's support over the internet was excellent for us newcomers with accurate information and everything worked perfectly. Both the highway or the federal highway to Memmingen were a very good connection with about a 20-minute drive. The associated parking spot initially caused us problems because we couldn't see the number on the square at night, but with a photo of Philipp, everything was done. As needed, we were able to retreat to the very quiet apartment, relax and get breakfast from a good bakery and butcher shop as well as at EDEKA. Everything is a great solution for us. The only thing to note is that it will be difficult for people with restrictions to get to the 3rd floor without an elevator. It wasn't an issue for us. We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped, smelling, and we didn't miss anything. The owners have made every effort to make guests feel at home. Quiet neighborhood, bakery visible from the balcony. I will definitely choose the same apartment for my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Irmgard's apartment. Check-in was straightforward with a key box and in the evening Irmgard came by for a personal greeting. Everything was very clean and the view from the living room was magnificent. You can reach the Rottachsee on foot and pass cows, sheep, goats and horses on the way! You can easily swarm out in a star shape by car and discover a lot. We had a very nice holiday and would be happy to come back.

I'm traveling for work. The apartment is absolutely suitable for working, cooking or just relaxing in the evening. The possibility to charge the car is great. The proximity to the A7 didn't bother me. Gladly come again

We stayed only one night and chose the place for its proximity to Memmingen airport, where we took the flight back, but we were sorry we didn't stay longer to enjoy this beautiful space conveniently. It had everything we needed for us and our baby, an impeccably clean and well-kept house and an outdoor space that we didn't have time to enjoy but was very inviting. We felt at home! Very easy communication with Ramona. I highly recommend it!

The cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area and was ideal to rest and relax after a busy day. It can accommodate 3 people and is fully equipped. We didn't miss anything, thank you! Andrea was always available and very flexible.

Nice and cozy little apartment. Had all we needed and worked well with the crib and high chair. It is close to Überlingen which offers everything and we had a great time there. 5 minutes by car there are multiple grocery stores. A lot of hikes possible and a very nice playground in the village.

Very nice place, bit of everything. I spent my first week just visiting little towns within a 50 km radius. Ate like a pig, drank like a fish. PS .. you do of course need a car but parking is available right outside.

Everything is great and a beautiful place to stay with a fantastic view. The only thing you need to know (as a cyclist) is that from Rettenberg there are 200 meters in altitude with just under 10% on average and therefore relaxed rolling home is not possible. In return, you have a fantastic view in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back! Best regards

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. If there were any questions, they were always answered very promptly. There is plenty of parking for those arriving by car and the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities. Glad to come back :)

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.
