We loved our stay at Ken & Michelle’s in Maclean. The locality was perfect for us to explore not only Maclean but Iluka, Yamba & Ulmarra. We will definitely return for the Scottish festival one year. A very comfortable, clean, private guesthouse with a beautiful view & decked out with everything you could possibly need.

Beds were comfy & the bathrooms and kitchen were modern & clean. Lovely location- the view across the sugarcane fields was stunning. James personally welcomed us to the property too which was very kind. Chocolates in the fridge & biscuits and muesli bars were very thoughtful.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

The cottage was presented beautifully, had everything as described. Adrienne supplied basic foods to get us started. She left us information the local businesses. she even baked some biscuits & brought them over to us hot. Only gripe is the cottage is close to the main road & the trucks were noisy at night, but once you were asleep you didn't really notice them.
