Thank you so much for this wonderful place to stay! We stayed with our parents, we really liked it) Near the house there are many good shops and shops with vegetables and fruits. Literally 200 meters from the central market of Kobuleti. Close to the sea. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Mountain view from the window. A lot of dishes, the hostess put three towels, slippers, shampoo and soap for each. A bottle of wine was also very pleasant! Thank you) I recommend this place, we will come back here again!

Thanks for 2 chill months. The host was nice, so we’re the neighbors. There are the most adorable dogs of entire Georgia in Ozurgeti. The apartment was just as described, quite spacious and clean. Couple times there was no running water in the night, but it didn’t really bother us.

David and his mom are great examples of Georgian hospitality. The accommodation is modest, but Donna solves any problem you have...

These place (shekvetili; kaprovani) are the best place on the Black Sea shore. And Lukas apartment is in the best location in kaprovani. Luka is very nice guy, who try, to make your vacation best. Thank to him! I will come back in the next time!

The apartment corresponds to the photos. Very clean, tidy, cozy, comfortable. Close to the sea. Air conditioning, wifi works great. There were no problems, I liked everything

Convenient location and responsive host

We had the apartment at the very top with terrace. The house is directly at the sea. Ana and Maria were helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our four days swimming and a trip to the botanical garden near Batumi.

We've arrived earlier than was agreed but there wasn't any issues with that, we've checked in right at the arrival. There is a parking space right there which great. The apartmetns itself is a part of the guest house with separate entrance and a little yard which kinda shared with other guests. Unfortunately there is no A/C as stationed in the description so from time to time it was a bit stuffy inside and very high humidity, especilly in the bathroom (dry your towels outside). Inside everything was ok, clean and all facilities working well. The location is great despite the closenest to the main road of the city (it is quite loud in the night when rare cars passing by), just a minute from the sea shore. There are supermarkets, drugstores, alco-store and even whole market-square nearby as well as lots of cafes and restaurants right at the beach. The communication was good, our questions was addressed immediately. Overall we had a good expirience staying at Sophio's apartments

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. We'd love to come back again!
