Cottage was lovely. It smelled like a pine forest inside. beds very very neat and the house was clean. Host was very friendly and supportive. The location is great as it's nearly right on the beach. Such a lovely place for a getaway.

Apartments with large balcony and magnificent seaview where you can admire the sunsets. Equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Host were helping with all rised questions immediately. Leaving apartments you find yourself on the Kobuleti promenade along which you can leisurely walk for hours. The beach is just 50m meters away. Nearby are many nice restaurants and shops.

Amazing small house in midst of pine wood in just few meters from the perfect black sand beach. The house itself is a bit small and may seems old-fashioned, but it has all one need for peaceful rest. Highly recommended.

The stay was great. The location is perfect—right in front of the sea and nestled among pine trees. The property had everything we needed and was well-priced. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend it.

Lovely apartment equipped with all the necessaries for long stays. As heating, there is a gas boiler, in winter the apartment is quite warm. The Internet worked almost without interruption, suitable for remote work. The room itself is a little dark, but in summer it's probably a plus, not so hot. The embankment is a short walk away, there is a grocery store in the house, there is a road nearby, along which there are many minibuses to Batumi (about 40 minutes drive). Overall, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Among the disadvantages - quite expensive utilities for gas, electricity and the Internet, in winter up to 180 lari were paid with the hostess in half. Well, the biggest drawback is mold, probably nesting behind the tile by the stove and sink. I had to constantly ventilate, but it didn't help much, nor did the fragrances. They say that this is a problem throughout Adjara, I don't know, there was no mold in Batumi in Orbi City. It may not be felt in the summer in the heat. But in general, I really liked the apartment and the hostess)))

It was our second summer vacation in Shekvetili (but first in the Ana’s cottage). There are some changes if compare with the first visit a lot of new buildings, much more people etc but it’s still great place to relax near the sea. In terms of the cottage, it’s really nice and well equipped. There are staff for a beach that is a huge plus. In general our family enjoyed the time spent in the cottage except one thing which I’d prefer to keep between us (hopefully you find a way how to avoid it in the future 🙃) So, thank you Ana for hosting us in your cottage during our vacation and especially for the early checkin

The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

There are a lot of concrete houses and Hotels around the coast of Shekvetili. This is totaly different and much nicer. A little wooden bungalow in an area with two other similar buildings. Each has a privat garden aera, with hammock and other seatings. As well as a communal aera with grill and pool. So you can get in contact with your neigbours or keep privat. We felt immedialy at home, you see Ekaterines eye for nice interior and exterior design in every corner. Plus a lovely flock of little kittens with mother kept us company.

Good location, room is clean and tidy, Revaz is a very responsive and nice person, communication was great.

Very good and responsive hosts Revaz and Victoria, quickly resolve all issues. The quality of the accommodation is quite high. The room is warm, spacious, large panoramic window to the floor, TV with YouTube, large balcony with good views of the pine park and the sea. Their is a large ensuite with rain shower. If I go to Kobuleti again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I stayed with Thea and her family for twenty days with my sister and two children. We were met at the station, drove home, showed us everything, took us to the store for groceries. The cabin is quite simple, two rooms, kitchen-dining room and bathroom. And also a bungalow gazebo, which is nice to sit in in any weather. A cottage such a holiday as a child. Really nice place - quiet, smells like pine trees, the sound of the sea is heard from the window when it is worried. There are cows around. The children loved it - they met their peers, ran with them, played soccer. What's nice, it's perfectly safe, because everyone knows each other, there are few cars, and for safety, Thomas, the head of the family, laid out ship ropes on a primer (like reclining police). We really appreciated this care, we were completely calm. Entertainment is the easiest - walks in pines, swimming and sunbathing on the beach with healing magnetic sand. Silence and tranquility. We went on excursions with my son Thomas to the canyons and caves. Very nice trips. Timur is a very tactful person and a safe driver, he is allowed to talk and be quiet. Iso, Thomas' wife, runs a family store - you can buy homemade matzoni, suluguni, eggs, bread, honey... Everything is very tasty! We immediately received answers to all our questions, with any difficulties Thomas came and helped instantly. Very kind, responsive people, during these twenty days they became our family. We hope to see you again!

Very nice apartment and the location: everything necessary is close, especially when it comes to the beach. The flat has all amenities, everything was working fine. The host is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this listing if you want to stay in Kobuleti.

You read reviews and think, "Book it or not?" Don't waste your time!) Book urgently. This is a mind-blowing place. The house is gorgeous. It has everything you need. There are a few things in the kitchen that I don't have at home( The hostess of the house is an incredibly helpful and kind person. Who reads up to 9 sentences in the review? Are you?
