Apartments with large balcony and magnificent seaview where you can admire the sunsets. Equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Host were helping with all rised questions immediately. Leaving apartments you find yourself on the Kobuleti promenade along which you can leisurely walk for hours. The beach is just 50m meters away. Nearby are many nice restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this apartment! We sent and woke up to the sound of waves. The place is quiet,but at the same time within walking distance there are shops,pharmacies,restaurants with live music. The sea is three minutes away and the window has a wonderful view. The apartment itself has everything you need for cooking, a good washing machine and an iron. We managed to use all of this. Spacious shower, lots of towels. The bedroom has a very soft mattress, it can be a plus for someone,and someone is a disadvantage. In general, we had a great stay☺️ Thank you!

The hostess is lovely and helpful. Responds to messages instantly and is ready to help. The apartment is located next to shops and restaurants where you can eat. The view from the balcony to the sea, but only everyone covers tall trees. There is no wood in one place and you can see the water and sunset very well. The disadvantages of the location of the apartment can be attributed to the restaurants nearby, in which there is very loud live music, but they quiet down around midnight. It is the very center of the city and it is quite noisy. As for the apartment itself, there was a smell of cleanliness and detergent at check-in. But we noticed tangles of dust in the corners, tile in old stains. The toilet seat was not clean under the toilet seat. Our white socks quickly became dirty. The apartment is furnished with old furniture, the bathroom has already spread out the doors of the cabinets, the shelves have rusted. Washing machine with black rubber band seals. It creates a negative feeling. But the towels and bedding were clean, the mattress is hard. But maybe you won't find a better apartment.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

Lovely apartment equipped with all the necessaries for long stays. As heating, there is a gas boiler, in winter the apartment is quite warm. The Internet worked almost without interruption, suitable for remote work. The room itself is a little dark, but in summer it's probably a plus, not so hot. The embankment is a short walk away, there is a grocery store in the house, there is a road nearby, along which there are many minibuses to Batumi (about 40 minutes drive). Overall, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Among the disadvantages - quite expensive utilities for gas, electricity and the Internet, in winter up to 180 lari were paid with the hostess in half. Well, the biggest drawback is mold, probably nesting behind the tile by the stove and sink. I had to constantly ventilate, but it didn't help much, nor did the fragrances. They say that this is a problem throughout Adjara, I don't know, there was no mold in Batumi in Orbi City. It may not be felt in the summer in the heat. But in general, I really liked the apartment and the hostess)))

Amazing small house in midst of pine wood in just few meters from the perfect black sand beach. The house itself is a bit small and may seems old-fashioned, but it has all one need for peaceful rest. Highly recommended.

Lovely house. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Very responsive, calm and easy hostess, helped with everything and prepared a lot of firewood for us, as we asked. Therefore, at the large, warm fireplace, we sat every evening for a few hours in cool comfortable armchairs and lay on the carpet. In general, everything is very thoughtful in the house, there are tables, chairs everywhere, you can comfortably settle in any place. There is fresh air and quiet around. The sea is just a few steps away through the beautiful spans - a real buzz. I didn't want to leave so much that we seriously thought about burning passports))

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here
