You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Some availability in August and September, and the autumn holiday month is open for booking! Perfect for one or two families with a total of nine beds and good, wonderful space. Enjoy long days of kayaking, rowing and fishing from your own jetty. Stroll along flowering paths, pick chanterelles and berries on a forest hike. Or feel the calm in a lovely hot bath in the tub, outside the house.

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
