Great apartment and great location! Sheikh was always available and ready to assist. Really appreciate the pre-departure communication and details shared. Same applies to his staff on site, lovely people, all that needed to be solved or fixed was done with smile and fast. Very pleasant stay overall. Would stay again. Cheers!

We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised and very well kept. It was open, clean and very private. It was also very safe, so much so that we felt like my wife could stay there by herself if needed (usually I come back early and she stays back). The apartment design was great with 3 bedrooms and attached bath and a 4th powder room. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed including a refrigerator, water heater, toaster, microwave, oven and a washer. They also had an iron table and an iron . There were plenty of utensils and dishes and we had no problem having breakfast there. Tareq was an excellent host along with Romiz who helped us out a lot. Tareq was always accessible and helped us out with anything we asked him. Romiz was very helpful also and actually came to let us into the apartment one night around 1230 because we had forgotten to take our keys with us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. We are definitely coming back next year.

Ahmedus’ place was pristine—just as described on Airbnb! It’s modern, well-equipped, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a week or longer in Dhaka. Ahmedus is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever anything is needed. His staff is professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. I will definitely stay at his place again on my next visit to Dhaka. I’ve also shared his place with my family living abroad so they can experience the same level of comfort and amenities we’re used to overseas, right in Dhaka. There was enough space for three adults and a baby - actually three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room! Good location and we felt safe around. Great hosts and other people, we will remember all the guys with warmth. It's so good that there weren't any insects here (except for a few mosquitoes)! There are a couple of things I think you need to keep in mind. 5 stars for cleanliness but for the Indian style of cleaning, if you know what I mean. And since this is the first floor, we couldn’t open the curtains; so we didn’t have enough sunlight. And It's a little quieter in Gulshan. Anyway the apartment is great, the people are very helpful, we had a great time here and we highly recommend staying here, you definitely won't regret it!
