Great place to stay, clean, comfortable room, nice area, and very private with separate entrance. Bed was comfortable and the aircon/heater works very well which was great for the Adelaide winter! Cooking facilities are limited but this wasn’t an issue for me. Timothy is a great host and was able to accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Check in instructions were super clear and photos made the process very easy.

Melissa’s home was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house is beautiful, clean, and full of charm—it’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into every detail. The space was perfect for relaxing, with cozy rooms, a well-stocked kitchen for easy home cooked meals and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy some fresh air with plenty of space for my daughter to explore, complete with a cubby. It really felt like a home away from home. Melissa was also a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for things to do in the area. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Melissa, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

BETTER THAN A 5 STAR HOTEL!!!!!!!! The BEST Air BnB EVER! Sunshine Stays no. 5 exceeded our expectations on EVERY level. Anything and everything that you can think of was provided at our stay - from extra comfy pillows and warm blankets; additional bath towels; fully functional kitchen and breakfast foods; cards, puzzles and boardgames for the kids; toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, bandaids, hairdryer etc, etc ; writing equipment; so many home comforts too many to list but I can say that everything in this house is intentional, functional and logically placed. We were scratching our heads to find one item that Carolyn had not thought of! This is our go to when in Adelaide. Bus at door step. Doctors, restaurants, cafe, gym, bowling alley.. all within 1 minute walking distance. Secure car park. Non-smoking unit. Carolyn's attention to detail and flair for interior design is AMAZING!!!!! Carolyn saved us one night when we locked ourselves out. The BEST!!!

Travelling solo with my toddler, and this place was absolutely perfect for our short stay. Easy to find, great host, safe location, photos/descriptions etc all accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Comfiest bed we’ve slept on for a while! Highly recommend, I will certainly be booking again!
