Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sami et Imen sont des hôtes exceptionnels! Un accueil en personne, une maison parfaitement équipée et magnifique. Elle est plus grande et encore plus belle que sur les photos! Ils sont très réactifs, nous ont donné des supers adresses. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et plus encore! Du linge, beaucoup d’oreillers et de couvertures, des petits produits dans les salles de bain, tout est très confortable. Merci pour tout!

We constantly travel and have stayed in many airbnb's, and we give honest reviews. It is rare to find an airbnb that is actually bigger than the photos advertising, This apartment is amazing, it is big, clean, smart, comfortable, private and secure. A peaceful neighbourhood as long as you do not mind kids playing football for an hour a day, and they are the most polite and adorable kids. The furniture is good, there are tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms (smart tv in lounge). I work online and the internet was fast and in 6 weeks never glitched. The kitchen is excellent and the oven and grill is the best we have ever used! Great aircon, a lovely courtyard to have coffee or meals in. Shops nearby and a 1p minute walk to the beach. We would highly reccomend this apartment and would love to go back. Thanks Jihed!

Bonjour, Notre séjour de 3 nuits dans la villa de Skander a été impeccable. L’arrivée s’est effectuée de manière autonome, La villa était propre, paisible et dotée d’une piscine privée qui rend le séjour exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et l’hôte qui était réactif et très accueillant. Je recommande ce logement qui est très bien placé entre Hammamet Nord et Hammamet Sud. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques dans cette villa paisible ! Style authentique avec tout le confort nécessaire , propreté vraiment irréprochable, vue imprenable sur la mer presque de toutes les pièces, la terrasse est si belle, le levée du jour depuis est magnifique, Nous allons sûrement y revenir une de nos meilleurs expériences Airbnb en Tunisie. J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

5 stars. Our family of 5 stayed a few nights in Monastir and loved the apartment. Spacious apartment, modern features (best shower I've had in a long time), comfortable beds, great location right on the sea, and wonderful views! We appreciated the black-out blinds for sleeping. There is a bit of construction noise early in the morning, so ear plugs help. The WiFi was on the slow side (comparable to other places we visited in Tunisia), but reliable. We had a great stay and would book again if we return to Monastir.

Studio très propre et très spacieux. Tout le nécessaire et même plus était à disposition. Hôte très réactif très sympathique. Très bon séjour !

logements, propre ,calme ,avec pleins d équipements WiFi, télé, Netflix, cuisine équipée micro-ondes, four ,gaz ,piscine, pleins de restaurants et endroits à visiter autour soit avec son propre véhicule, sinon il y a des taxis merci acceuille chaleureux ,et disponible à chaque fois que on a eu besoin

Emplacement numéro 1 pour ce studio très bien aménagement avec du mobilier très confortable ! Vous ferez tout à pied à 2 pas de la plage et de la marina ! Une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les jardins ! C’est toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner

Merci à Adel pour son aide et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour! Il nous a aidé à prendre nos marques et s’est rendu disponible à plusieurs reprises pour nous aider. Le logement est proche de la mer et autres commodités (restaurants, magasins etc.) dans un quartier calme. Je recommande fortement.

Hi guys It’s Sarah, just wanted to thank you all for a beautiful, peaceful and an amazing stay. The apartment is very clean and tidy, has a microwave, cooker, pots and pan, a table and chairs to eat your meals. There is two tvs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom is lovely and tranquil with plenty of cupboards for ur clothes and an amazing bed to sleep. Out to the balcony has a lovely view a greenery and to the right is the peaceful sound of the beach, that is lovely and clean and a beautiful walk to watch sunset or sunrise. It’s in a very secured complex and for me this was a must and the security are very nice and protective as to who’s coming in and out, and as a young girl it was also important to me. The complex has so many pools for the summer and I cnt wait to honestly return asap thank you so much Until next time ❤️

Sehr freundlich beide. Das Appartement war sehr sauber im Verhältnis zu den tunesischen Verhältnissen. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden an Utensilien was man benötigt. Würde es wieder buchen und auch empfehlen. Einzigste Manko ist, im Eingangsbereich riecht es nach Zigaretten, da der Portier raucht. Sonst alles top!

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished. Super comfortable bed and cozy living space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Great location—close to shops and transport. Quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Felt like home from the moment I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement, idéalement situé entre Hammamet centre et Yasmine Hammamet. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Le quartier est sécurisé et tout est facilement accessible en voiture. L’hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et réactif à chaque échange. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Hammamet. Merci encore !
