The proposed villa in whole housing has a direct access to the sea (200m crossing the lagoon) and is equipped with an infinity swimming pool. The villa consists of a large living room with bay window overlooking the sea and with a nice fireplace to use in winter, an open kitchen on the living room fully equipped, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Mon logement est proche de la plage (100m), du port de plaisance de monastir (locations de bateaux) , du ribat (forteresse médiévale) , de ruines romaines , des restaurants, bars-lounges, café-glaciers, du centre de plongée et du golf.. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour la luminosité, la vue sur mer et sur le ribat, les 2 belles terrasses ayant des expositions différentes . Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaire.

BEAUTIFUL STUDIO ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE CITY CENTER

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.

Wonderful little appartment, perfect for a couple or 2 friends really central. It's possible to walk all around Sousse from this location. Next to the sandy beach 2min by walk. Lovely decor and a nice relaxed feel - very clean and tidy and well equipped.
