House vacation rentals in Gulf Gate Estates

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

Hesitant to share how great it was because we will be back! The house is in a great location, feels like home, and had anything we could possibly need. Short drive to Siesta Key and several great beaches. Kitchen was perfect for cooking at the house. Pool was perfect for evening swims and the backyard had plenty of room for a game of catch.

You will not find a better host. We mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and Yekaterina went above and beyond what we could have even thought of! She surprised us with all of the finishing touches. She made our stay so special! Her place is amazing! The location, the space, EVERYTHING. She is absolutely incredible and we can't say enough about Yekaterina, her place, and our stay. We have been to a lot of airbnb's and many very nice, but Yekaterina is the absolute best host you will find. You will not be disappointed! This is definitely at the top of our list of "Places to stay and visit again!" Thank you Yekaterina!

We were down in the area for a sporting event and found Tracey’s place. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the layout of the house and the finishes were top notch. The house is a short walk from a nice little area with restaurants and a grocery store. Beyond that there was more than enough in the area for dining, etc. Siesta Beach was a short 15 min drive and the screened pool was perfect after long hot days. We really enjoyed our time at this little jewel in Sarasota and if we are back in the area, it’s at the top of our list. I have had some pretty hit-or-miss Airbnb experiences over the years (domestic and international) but Tracey’s delivered on all fronts and is our family’s “top Airbnb pick.” (so far)!

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.

Clean and comfortable - had everything we needed for our stay, including everything we needed for the pool, tennis courts, and the beach! It was a huge plus to be able to use the garage during the hot Florida summer. The space was exactly as described, the community pool was a lot of fun, and the location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and free public parking for Siesta Keys beach. The host and house manager were very responsive and left clear instructions for the home. Every light switch was labeled, which was super helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Over all the house was great and Trysten was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was nice, house was clean, furniture was comfortable, probably the best beds I’ve ever had at an air bnb. The layout of the house was a bit of a surprise it’s not an open floor plan (with kids I do like to see an open view from the bedroom to kitchen) but everything was spacious! The out door area by the pool was one of the nicer setups. We stay in the same area every time we visit Florida and I cannot recommend it enough! Quiet, peaceful, you feel safe, and it’s close to the beach and great restaurants!

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!

Muriel’s place was a perfect getaway spot! It’s just a small drive to Siesta Key and we loved that a cooler and beach chairs were supplied. We had a situation where a fuse was blown and Muriel answered right away and offered to come fix it. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful time at Ken's home. The place and area were better than expected. A couple of small things happened and the response and problems were fixed shortly. There were 4 of us staying for 2 months. The home was very comfortable for all of us. There was bikes and things for the beach. We would recommend the home to any one and look foward to our return.

Clare was an amazing host! This home has everything you need for your trip/vacation. She bought beach chairs so we did not have to rent! She also had a cooler to take to the beach along with beach towels. Siesta key Beach was very close ( straight shot to get there) She checked in on us and gave us great recommendations. Loved the back yard! Very nice quiet oasis. Very clean. Seen many cute lizard friends outback. Loved it ! Clare stopped by to bring us a sweet treats from a local bakery. She literally is one of the best host we have ever had. The whole aesthetic of the home was beautiful. The Home is stocked with all the dishes you would need. Home is close to gas stations and stores but still tucked away from the busy road. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Thank you again for having us !

Such a lovely and stylish home! We enjoyed our stay at Conrad and Honorata’s home near our favorite beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. My pups and I took leisurely walks during our stay and they excitedly explored the fenced in backyard garden with abundant fruit trees and a large patio area. My favorite was being able to access the patio and backyard right from the master bedroom. This was an amazing convenience during our visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

We stayed for Memorial day Weekend 2025 and we loved it. The place was clean, very well kept, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Lamai, the host, was very friendly and communicative—you can tell she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first time! We appreciated the updates like the ceiling fans in the rooms, a 3rd guest bedroom, and new washer/dryer. David is a responsive and flexible host who was close by for anything we needed! Great location in a safe and quiet area. Will definitely be returning for a 3rd time the next time we are in Sarasota!

Had an amazing time staying at the mango! It was the perfect private spot about 10 minutes from the beach that couldn’t have been any better for my husband and I. We did have a slight AC problem during the middle of the week but Whitney responded so quickly and was able to get it fixed so fast while we enjoyed our day at the beach.

Great place to stay !! Love the location, only 8 minutes to Siesta Beach!! Everything was close by, easy access to two of the main thoroughfares, Tamiami Trail and Clark. Strait shot to 75 , too. Loved the gas grill and patio furniture. Had a few little visitors out there, a couple of Geikos running around keeping me company while I was grilling. Very clean and newly redone throughout. Beautiful place, highly recommend it !!!

Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

Matt’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip. He was proactive in his responses and checked in on us once we got settled. We didn’t have to use the whole place for just us two but had we brought our kids, there would have been plenty of room. The place is close to the beaches, dining spots, and shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Nick’s. Clean, comfortable beds, and the kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Great restaurant recommendations too! Loved Shaner’s and Owen’s Fish Camp. Won’t hesitate to stay again if we’re ever back in the Sarasota area.

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

We loved the place super close to the beaches and local things to do. Super responsive with getting new beach equipment for the rental. The kitchen was super clean. Definitely can tell the place is used as a rental but is maintained well. Thanks for a great week for our family!

The home was exactly as pictured, nice quiet neighborhood, and close to everything.

The house was very clean, very cute, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great shower, good amenities and the kitchen had everything I needed. I think the house must have been remodeled recently because everything was so new and fresh. I spent a lot of time working there and it was just overall a perfect stay.

This place is amazing!!! Jay (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you could want including kayaks, fishing poles (there's a lake in your backyard), towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The house is in a gated community with a beautiful zero entry infinity pool (heated) that my boys really enjoyed. There's 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a large family. I really can't say enough about this house. We will be back next year!
