Quiet studio in the village of Tinténiac

Upstairs studio of 40 m2 furnished with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker and toaster , living area with sofa bed, bathroom, toilet. In Mezzanine 1 bedroom with double bed. A garden area is available to guests in addition to the small terrace adjoining the studio. This studio is located in the quiet village of Tinténiac and 300 meters from shops, 300 meters from the Ille and Rance Canal. Breakfast extra for €6/pers.

The bread oven

Bring the whole family or workers to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious, bright, and independent, you will feel right at home. Three bedrooms are available: one with a 160/200 cm bed, one with a 140/190 cm bed, and a children's room with a 90 cm bed plus a changing table and a baby cot. An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Closed and well-closed outdoor area, free parking. Dog and cat accepted.

Situé à 10 minutes de l'entrée de Rennes et à 30 minutes de Saint-Malo, notre studio "L'afterwork" vous accueillera pour votre séjour. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre habitation. L'entrée du logement est indépendante. Depuis août 2024, vous pouvez profiter d’un espace terrasse et son petit salon extérieur qui sont privatifs au studio. En cas de demandes particulières, n'hésitez pas à nous adresser un message.

This 40m2 apartment, entirely renovated by myself, is located 2 steps from the Montreuil-sur-Ille train station. Very luminous, it is located on the second floor accessible by stairs and can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. With bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included, all you have to do is drop off your suitcases!
