We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Our timber-framed cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded lot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.

The Air Marin is an ideal base for exploring the Côtes-d'Armor because it is close to major roads.

It offers comfort and privacy: its bright living room opens onto a terrace and a south-facing garden. Located in the heart of the small Kerarzic peninsula in Paimpol Bay, you will live to the rhythm of the tides and in the immediate vicinity of Beauport Abbey and its wooded shores.

Here, you are on vacation by the sea, 800 m from the beaches. Walk down to Moulin Beach or Godelins Beach via the seaside trail. The town center, 200 m away, gives you access to all shops. The house is a peaceful oasis, we renovated it with natural and healthy materials. The living room, bathed in light, is open to the kitchen and garden for your summer barbecues.
