Vacation rentals with a pool in Guimaraes

We rented the entire villa for 9 days for 6 guests consisting of family & friends. Alessandro made every aspect of or visit pleasant and guided us through everything we needed to know about the house and the area. He’s the kindest of hosts and considerate of guests privacy as well. Fantastic host, very friendly, fast responses, beautiful house, hot tub worked, mattresses and couches comfortable, very clean, washer and dryer worked appropriately, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and bar fully stocked. Not one complaint. Will stay here again in a heartbeat! Deserves a 10 rating.

The space visited is truly welcoming, offering what is strictly necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. It was very pleasant, both at the location level, and at the level of hospitality and space (indoor and outdoor). The space is how they present the photos. The house is very well equipped and very modern. Place is very quiet. The entire outdoor space was very well taken care of. We were very well received, the hosts are very friendly and concerned for the well-being of the guests. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.

We loved the house very much, we believe it is great for both a group of friends and family. The house had plenty of games to choose from. As far as the hostess is concerned, she is very friendly and has always been shown to be available.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Miguel was fantastic with communication from start to finish, always prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The accommodation itself was beyond our expectations – it truly felt like a home away from home, with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were perfect for a family getaway. Our children had endless fun with access to the spacious garden, beautiful pool, the serene lake, and even paddleboards – we couldn’t have asked for more to keep them entertained! The location was ideal as well. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area that made it easy to relax and unwind. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect escape!

We had a lovely stay! Air b n b’s are really great for family travel, but I miss the luxury of a fabulous hotel- this duplex was the best of both worlds. Calm, tranquil, really comfortable beds. We would have happily stayed for longer. The hosts are friendly and on hand if you need anything.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking lot. The landlord Manuel took care of things proactively and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, separated only by the waterfront road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August, a fair takes place right in front of the house with corresponding volume in the afternoon and evening.

We (a family of two parents and two children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquamarine. The apartment had a real "wow" factor from the moment we stepped inside — beautifully styled, thoughtfully designed, and boasting a view plus the landscaped garden. This space left an impression and it provided the perfect setting for family time after our days exploring Porto. The photos do not do justice to how welcoming and comfortable the place feels in person. The Lovely Memories Lda Team ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. A lot of thought has gone into the finishing touches — from high-quality details like USB sockets by the nightstands and generous wardrobe space to the cleverly designed lounge curtains that close with a simple pull. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure for the shower was perfect and we all felt well-rested and ready for our Porto adventures!

It was a real pleasure to stay with Daniel for a long 4-day weekend. Daniel is really a lovely person and he did everything he could to make our trip enjoyable: he recommended restaurants, a beach, a bike rental, a ceramic workshop, he explained to us how to reach the airport by metro… always available and super nice. He organizes tours outside Porto as well. The apartment, very clean, is super conveniently located, close to small bars and restaurants, bus and metro. Small remarks but without consequences on the quality of the place: The pool is not private but is accessible to several apartments. The accommodation is better suited for a couple because the living room bed is moderately comfortable.

Communication with Nuno was excellent. Always attentive to us and our arrival. The accommodation is conveniently located. The cleanliness was excellent. The furniture is old but everything is very well maintained. We felt at home. We went with our dog and he was delighted on the terrace when the weather allowed it, since it rained a lot. We were delighted!!!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.
