We had a great holiday! The apartment is perfect, clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the slopes and the mountain is just great. Very sunny balcony and apartment! The residence is well maintained and super convenient for skiing. The small hot snack bar at the bottom of the building is very convenient. We will come back without hesitation. Thanks a lot

Excellent location at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the shops. The parking space, ski storage and access to the slopes make it a very convenient apartment. Functional and clean apartment with 2 real bedrooms. Access via a key box allows you to arrive whenever you want, which is an advantage.

the apartment matches the photos and therefore our expectations... everything was very good, except the bed 😅 The mattress is not great, it is very thin, we did not sleep very well. and the ceramic hob and not induction... which is very long to heat up. otherwise it was great, I think with these 2 small changes it's a 20/20 😁 this is not a criticism but a very valid remark.

Such a lovely place to stay. So close to the slopes, the ski hire, and a food shop. Mélanie was incredibly helpful, even well before we stayed she was answering all of our questions. She kept us well informed throughout our stay and we have already expressed we’d love to come back!

Ideal apartment for holidays with real rooms. The essentials had been left for the maintenance of the apartment as well as the essentials for washing. Great location, excellent communication with Julien, and very good explanation. I would highly recommend it

We wanted to spend New Year's Eve in tranquility to repair our dog from the madness of the barrels and we found the right shelter, very nice and comfortable accommodation, a quiet village with various things to visit. Alessia is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend the stay

Eric's apartment is very well located, in the heart of the village of Abries, with a grocery store and bakery in front of the residence. Well-equipped, comfortable for 2 people (a little small for 4), and great bonus with the building's aquatic area which was still open outside school holidays! Eric is responsive if there are any questions, in short, a great stay! Note: Linens are not provided, but consistent with good value for money.

A fantastic location in the centre of town. You can walk straight out and get on the free lift that crosses town and takes you to the bottom of the Signal or Pic Blanc ski lifts. The pool and spa were fantastic; everything was new and extremely clean. We went with two adults and two kids, and it was perfect, with a spare double bed as the kids used the bunk beds. The only downside is that the ski room is slightly far away from the apartment, and the boot dryers weren't working, which was apparently a decision by building management. This would not stop me from booking again, though. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Great accommodation!!! Everything is done on foot (lake, shops, water activities, hikes, city stadium...) the jaccuzi , just for us,is the cherry on the cake especially after a nice hike! The place is spacious and very well equipped, nothing missing, great bedding! Thank you Sophie for your responsiveness and great hospitality! We will be back and it will be more than 4 nights!!!

Great well decorated apartment, very well equipped and maintained. It matches the photos and description in every way. The beautiful sun terrace and parking are very nice. Pierre, who is very friendly, welcomed us pleasantly when we arrived. We are happy to come back for a future stay in Serre-Chevalier.

Very nice apartment, very well maintained. The rooftop terrace offers splendid views of the mountains. The balcony of the south-facing living room is also very nice. The apartment's amenities are great, many and nice dishes, lots of kinds of glasses, towels and towels for the pool. For skiing, departure / return ski-in/ski-out very nice and easy. Easy contact with the owners and the person who greeted us on site. Very nice stay.

We stayed with 8 people in this beautiful chalet during our participation in Alpe d'HuZes, and what a great experience it was! The house is spacious, nicely furnished and really equipped with every comfort, you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and plenty of peace and nature around you. Host Louise deserves a special mention. She communicated very pleasantly, quickly and easily, making everything go smoothly. What was really exceptional: she even took one of our group members by car to another village. In addition, she also gave us great tips about activities and eateries in the area, which we gratefully took advantage of. In short: a fantastic accommodation, a warm and involved host, and a top stay. We would definitely book the chalet again!

Great cottage, the spa is great, the sauna/hammam should be started in advance to be hot when returning from skiing! Excellent amenities: kitchen, sound system, TV. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. A little far from the slopes, the shuttles are random and impractical, it is better to walk than to wait for them. We had a pleasant stay. It felt like home but better! We will definitely come back on our next visit to the area, hoping that the accommodation is available.

The house is very nice. It is big, clean, bright and warm. The terrace allows to have lovely lunch at sunny days in winter. Grill is a big plus. Jacuzzi is a thing to have a pleasure after a day of skiing :) There is also a TV with soundbar, so we could connect via bluetooth and listen music. All windows have electric roller shutters. There are multiple ski resorts in 25-55 minutes distance by car. We liked Les Orres. Chorges supermarket is 4 minutes away by car. We didn't want to leave the house, it was really comfortable. The host is very pleasant and responsive. I recommend.

Absolutely recommend!!! Cozy, clean and modern, the kitchen has very good amenities, from raclette to pressure cooker, everything is available. The window in the niche in the kitchen is a dream, you can see the mountains and enjoy the sun. The fireplace in the living room is of course also fantastic, and the armchairs very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and cozy. Nature is majestic, surrounded by mountains in a small village. In Briancon you will find all the shops you need for your stay. We were received in a very friendly manner by the host and he explained everything to us. Whoever spends their vacation in this place will not regret it!!!

The interiors are tastefully decorated, blending modern elegance with cozy alpine charm. We especially loved gathering in the spacious living area by the fireplace, enjoying board games after a day on the slopes. The amenities are truly top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the ski room with boot warmers—a game-changer for early morning outings! And of course, the sauna was a welcome luxury after long days in the snow. A huge thank you to Arno and Mel for being such fantastic hosts and for creating such a wonderful place for guests to enjoy. We can’t wait to return for another magical stay. Highest recommendation!

the stay was perfect, beyond my expectations. we loved our stay in the mountains. the dining room is perfect for large tables, it felt like home. the kids had a blast.

The cottage is perfect. The location in Les Clots is perfect. Quiet and close to the station. The cottage is beautiful and convenient. Communication was perfect. As there were 5 of us, the sofa was sometimes a little small for a little family movie :-) An extra nightstand per bed would also have been great. But it's really just details! We recommend this property 100%.
