The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the skier's layout. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

A small secure outdoor shed is available to store your bikes, skis and other equipment that is not allowed in the accommodation. The apartment is on the 1st floor, access is on the other side of the parking lot by an internal staircase.

Very nice studio, tastefully renovated and remarkably furnished. All the equipment is of excellent quality and chosen with a very safe taste. Sylviane and Marc-Antoine are caring, welcoming and endearing hosts. Their accommodation located on the ground floor of their residential house is a perfect base for hiking, cycling and a stone's throw from the ski resorts. It's also a great place to explore Queyras. We had a wonderful time in Guillestre and will undoubtedly come back. Recommended!

My partner and I spent a week in Jean-Marie's apartment. The person on site for the reception gave us all the necessary explanations. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and bright (south facing). Dishes and cooking utensils are very full. The appliances are of quality. The bedding is comfortable. The heating as well as the insulation are efficient (the noise of the department nearby is not heard from the inside). The location of the residence is good, close to the roads and the center of Guillestre is easily reachable by foot. Underground parking is a real plus, but you have to maneuver tightly. The bathroom faucet spout is very short and requires you to open the water thoroughly to wash your hands. In the lobby and bedroom, there is a very slight permanent background noise (maybe the VMC engine of the building).
