My family stayed at Joy's house for 5 nights. Everything was perfect with our stay. Joy and Eric were great hosts and communicated well. Our stay even included some delicious homemade cookies. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The tiny home was also great. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here with my family to visit the in laws! The backyard was perfect for my children and the house had a great open concept so the whole family could enjoy! House was clean. Loved the grill and hot tub! Will be coming back to NC staying here!

Nice, clean spot to find last minute for High Point market week. A bit pricey for neighborhood and size, but I get it- supply and demand during a peak time for the area. Alok couldn’t have been a more responsive and proactive communicator. All in all, a good stay and would recommend to anyone.

We had a very short stay here, but loved every minute of it! Wish we could have enjoyed it longer! Perfect location for families visiting HPU! Will rent here again.

Whisper Chateau delivered an amazing business trip experience for me and my colleagues. We traveled from Georgia and decided to book an Airbnb for the last night of our trip, which turned out to be the best decision ever! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious, allowing us to unwind and relax. Although it was cold outside, we made time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and the fire pits. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs outside, which added to the charm. The house gave off delightful “Bridgerton” vibes. The game room provided the perfect meeting space for our Zoom call. At night, the exterior lighting created a wonderful ambiance. We took the time to have brunch in the gazebo, which was lovely. The stunning showers were an unbelievable extra touch, and our accommodations were incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, but we preferred to pick up a catered meal. We only drove 2 cars but noticed a large parking area on the property.

We were in town for my nephews wedding. I decided to try an airbnb instead of a hotel. I’m glad I did. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. I will book it again when visiting.

Overall, great stay. The place was everything they advertised it to be. Our daughter is in college at UNCG and we'll definitely be looking to use this place again in the future.

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

A cool studio, located just off the UNCG campus. Bert's place is comfortable with room to hang out. The kitchenette has what you need for a short stay. You're not going to prepare gourmet meals here, but the listing makes that pretty clear. Besides, you have many great dining options nearby. The pictures and description are accurate - no surprises. Bert was responsive and made sure I was all set when I checked in. I'd happily stay here again.

This place looks exactly like the pics. I typically stay in houses when using airbnb but my first apartment/complex experience wasn’t bad at all. I loved that I didn’t have to fight for parking at all with it being assigned.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

This is the 3rd time Dwayne, Hoover and I have stayed here. Its such a quiet and relaxing place. Hoover knew exactly where he was and he remembered Lisa and Ginny. I always feel welcome here. Its quiet. There is everything that you need at the apartment. And its not too far from a main highway so everything is convenient. Lisa is an awesome hostess and is always very helpful. We can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot this is the place! Thank you so very much Lisa and Ginny for another wonderful stay.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!

Loved my stay, I stayed there with some family for four days and it was amazing. The house was just how it was described beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean, felt very comfortable, the instructions were very clear for check in and check out. Will definitely be staying there again, highly recommend.

I stayed here for a weekend visit for HPU and Joyce’s condo was absolutely perfection! The location was ideal in terms of being in close proximity to HPU (uber was 5 minutes away) as well as being able to walk and explore around the area (local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, etc) while feeling EXTREMELY safe as a female who was by herself. The condo itself was exactly as described. The courtyard was beautiful and clean as well as the condo being perfectly filled with everything needed from kitchen appliances, to many clean towels, to a very clean and tidy space. Joyce herself even provided some water bottles in the fridge as well as some baked goodies on the counter! She was VERY flexible (I had a late flight that ended up getting delayed and waited up to make sure I was able to check in which was around midnight) and responsive! Cannot reccomend Joyce and this condo enough!

This property is fantastic! Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated! Stacey has provided everything you could possibly need! We will definitely be back!
