We had a wonderful stay in Rome. Perfect location for all the sights and restaurants⭐️

Fantastic place to stay, and super nice hosts!!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Really helpful host! Everything was perfect and everything was impeccable. The apartment is well organized and the terrace is beautiful. The house was functional and comfortable for getting around 😄

The house situation matched the photos and was surrounded by a peaceful residential area that made it feel safe to have nice restaurants and bars as well. The host was friendly and responsive, and also provided a nice restaurant with an introduction to the sights, highly recommended staying.

Felt very safe, loved the neighborhood, and responsive host! 100% recommend staying here short or long-term. Loved that the apartment was in a building that consisted of families - felt like you were at home in a peaceful neighborhood in Rome! Also, the air conditioning was a LIFESAVER.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

It's a nice enough place with just one thing As soon as I entered, it smelled good. If you look for the downsides, It was a little complicated to find accommodation. It was narrow and high. But he explained it so kindly that it wasn't that difficult I'm here. It's not hard if you look at the milestones on the street rather than Google Maps. If the carrier is heavy It may be a little difficult because of the stairs. I went by a little big car, and in order to park You have to go into a narrow tunnel, but you can scratch the car there. You have to be careful. There were quite a lot of parking spaces, but there were a lot of cars parked, so you may have to go down a little. And the water pressure of the hot water is weak, so it's hard to take a refreshing shower. If I had gone in the summer, it wouldn't matter, but it was a little chilly, so it was hard to wash with cold water. I already knew that through the reviews, so it was okay. But it might be difficult for women who like to decorate. I had more important sleeping in a nice house, so it didn't matter. There was also a fireplace, so my husband loved it. I had fun playing with fire. If you want to have a special experience I highly recommend it. I want to come again next time.

AMAZING STAY! First of all the hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. Now the place? Ugh! Even better than pictures! Beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated! 🫶🏽 We loved the neighborhood and also that the metro was just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this place!

Massimiliano and his father were great hosts, taking good care of us upon arrival and departure. The unit was spacious and quiet with greenery. There’s a great pizza place nearby that we repeated. All in all, it was a great stay.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

The stay was great from start to finish. We were expecting a welcome basket with food and cold drinks in the fridge. Carlo was very committed to his guests at the same time and also inconspicuous during the stay. But always there for questions with quick answers. The apartment was great for our purposes (family with two grown up children). The location is perfect. We were able to reach everything by buses as there are different bus lines nearby. You could also experience a lot on foot. The supply is perfect with supermarket and pharmacy around the house.

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Robertos Airbnb was just as pictured and described! He was very responsive and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to find the home and check in that really helped. We needed a place to stay for our final two days in Italy and his home was a very short walk from Romes Termini station which was just what we were looking for. It felt safe to walk around at night and we not only had the central market to eat at, there were also local spots we checked out that were great (Trattoria Cecio, a 5 minute walk from the home, was one of our favorite restaurants the entire trip!). If you need a spot right next to the train station I highly recommend Roberto’s Airbnb! (Do be advised: As of April 14th, 2025 some apartment close by was having construction done that was quite loud and starts right at 9 am)

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
