We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Sophie’s place is so perfect, we loved it during our 7 night stay. Amazing location, and the space was beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the house and the area. Highly recommend

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for families

I cannot thank Carmen enough from booking to arriving! We were a group for a hen party and Carmen’s could not have helped more by sending us recommendations for restaurants and also booking taxis. The villa was great and really secure with plenty of room. The pool was great fun and there are plenty of extras that Carmen can sort! If you are looking this the place to book!! If I could have given more stars, I would have done that. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, exactly as pictured: excellent bedding, nice and refined decor, with a very well equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is at the foot of the small garden. Although close to Albufeira town, Terras Novas is surrounded by nature. The beaches that are 5 minutes by car are really very pretty. The location is ideal: 40 minutes from the airport, and very central to visit the Algarve. We were able to enjoy the apartment as a family (parents and two teenagers ), everyone was delighted to return after our visits and everyone felt comfortable there. We highly recommend it! the apartment was exactly as described which is rare. all the amenities you require, clean and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and the pool are an extra bonus. Quiet area. Very close to the local suoermarket( walking distance). Short taxi journey to beach/ old town/ new town. Could walk it if you wanted. Great location for families. would highly recommend

The place was just as advertised, newly renovated and beautiful!!! Everything worked as described, the location was right at the Marina and boardwalk, which made it very convenient for water sports and other excursions.

Thomas was an excellent host. Always helpful and extremely accommodating and responsive. The villa is wonderful extremely spacious and really well furnished and equipped. The location is slightly remote and having a car / transport is probably recommended. However we would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. Thanks Thomas, for a wonderful stay!!!

The house is beautiful! Everything you need is provided. 3 big double bedrooms, with the most comfortable beds I have stated in, 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated. There is a supermarket across the road and it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops. Karine was a great host!

Place was great, clean tidy and had an amazing stay. Great location for the town. 10-15 minute walk from the beach which was great for us as it was quiet in the evenings. Just an advisory, it is a steep walk up from the beach. No problem for us, but just to note if you struggle with hills. Will certainly be back in the future!

Beautiful, private and modern apartment for 2 adults with everything you need and more. Very well-equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, small private terrace and access to a large pool. Apartment is located in a quiet, enclosed complex with about 40 apartments. Restaurants and supermarkets are 2-3 minutes away, Albufeira and beaches are about 8-10 minutes away by car. The contact with Liu was always nice and friendly, her feedback always followed directly. We liked it very much and we can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

The place is very nice and very familiar. The in-person staff is wonderful and cordial, I loved to deprive of good times with such lovely people, sir. Fernando and Mrs. Vitória, a hyper attentive couple and my beloved "Vivi" who is responsible for the cleaning was a grateful surprise to me with their joy and affection with us during our stay. Elsa, despite contact only by messages, is extremely attentive and quick to respond. I recommend the place.

Very nice and clean apartment with two balconies. The pool is clean and spacious, the loungers and parasols invite you to relax and chill. There's even a toilet house. The apartment is just a second away, so you can get drinks or snacks from the kitchen and fridge at any time. The location is very quiet and the combination ideal for relaxing for families with and without children. At the pool and on the landlord's property, it is nice and green and flowery. Although Benafim is in the hinterland, for vacationers with rental cars, the trips are a pleasant change from the various excursion destinations in the Algarve. For us, who also like to explore Tenerife by car, comparably well located. You can experience the hustle and bustle of Albufeira in 30 minutes. All in all a nice place with good value for money. We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

This was my second stay at Casa Alexandre. Off the road with everything you need, it's as private, clean and peaceful as I remember! Turis who manage the property are friendly, helpful, efficient and quick to respond if you need anything, and equally leave you in peace to enjoy the property. The house is off the road but close to stunning beaches and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. It has a lovely terrace where you can watch the birds and the sun go down, a very special place to relax.

Our stay at the villa was lovely! Perfect for our group and nice and private with all the amenities! Our host was quick to arrive and we had the pool heated wonderfully!
