Vacation rentals in Guggenberger See

We were here for 3 nights. It was very nice, the view is great. The house was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything you need is available. There is also nothing missing in the garden and on the large terrace. Communication with the host was easy, quick and helpful. We had a great time and would always recommend the tiny house.

Nice room in a new building complex near Rosenheim train station. The city center is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There is a restaurant and a large shopping complex nearby. The kitchen and living room are shared with Julian, who is very friendly and happy to help guests. The bathroom is available for exclusive use and is equipped with a walk-in shower. The room itself is furnished with a large closet, a box spring bed and a small desk. In the living room there is a TV with Netflix access. The window can be darkened. What I missed was a fly screen on the window, as I like to sleep with the window open in the summer. Overall everything was very good.

Dietmar left the apartment on Friday, so I had the apartment to myself. The stop is really right outside the door, you are at the train station in 20 minutes. The Westbad with a beautiful sauna area is a 10-minute walk. The small balcony directly on the room is famous. I'd love to come back!

It was wonderful. In the kitchen there were ingredients such as oil and spices for cooking. I felt comfortable. The city center and the river with lots of greenery are very close. Eduard was quickly available for questions. I'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed an extended WE here. A really nice place to stay. Cozily decorated and very well equipped. With everything you need and more, even with the "little things" - even spices we found in abundance in the kitchen. Great and nice contact with Regina , she was always accessible for questions. The guest folder with tips for bakers, food, shopping, etc. was there as well as all the information about the apartment. So we were able to get started right away. The location is great, very quiet and with beautiful views over the lake. And yet centrally located for activities such as climbing (Hohenglücksteig / Norissteig) , cycling tours through the Oberpfälzer Seenland (four lakes or Schwarzachtal cycle path) or a trip to Donaustauf or Regensburg, which we also made everything extensive. So the 3 days were actually too short.... All in all, a (secret) tip for the region.

I stayed at this place for nearly three weeks with a short gap in the middle. Claus is very friendly, welcoming, and has a lot of local tips on things to do and places to see. The room might not be the prettiest one you have seen on airbnb, but it has a very homely feel, and I felt at home straight away and really enjoyed my stay there as it doesn't feel impersonal or sterile. The house has many people living in it, but I only rarely bumped into someone else - mostly in the kitchen. There are many bathrooms, over three weeks there was only a single occasion when I needed to wait a few minutes because they were all occupied. The area is generally quiet, and at the edge of the old town so everything is walking distance. Short walk to multiple supermarkets. As solo female I felt very safe in the house as well as in the general area. The house has a washing machine (very rare in Regensburg airbnb), a sauna, and a fully equipped kitchen (with lots of coffee!).

Good starting point for great activities in the area. Direct connection to the Danube bike path. Very quiet in the house. Only by closing the door did you notice that there were others in the house. The space is conveniently equipped. We couldn't complain about the mattresses either. Of course, harder than at home. We were still able to sleep well. Sometimes it is a bit noisy due to passing cars, but that settles down in the evening. We also got along well with that, since we were mostly on the road. We deliberately chose the "Kleine Feine" because we really only stay for breakfast and overnight and this is more than sufficient. Next time, I'd probably still take the one with the balcony. Breakfast and sitting outside in the evening is something nice. Upon request, we should have been allowed to put food in the apartment before the official check-in. And we were also allowed to park our bikes in the yard. Thank you for this.

We liked Stanislav's place very much. Very clean and nicely decorated. We'd love to come back:)
