Delightful 5-star cottage

Make some good memories in this beautiful cottage, located on a large, fenced natural plot, with both shelter and fireplace. There is a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, indoor spa and sauna. The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Fantastic cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of Sejerøbugten. Located on a large natural plot with direct access to a lovely child-friendly beach. The house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living room and kitchen overlooking the water. The cottage is located at the end of a private road. The cottage is ideal for families with children and couples who want peace and quiet and to be at one with nature. From the house, it is only 50 meters down to the beach with perfect swimming opportunities.

There is only one open space and the summerhouse is therefore perfect for a romantic getaway, weekend with girlfriends or a maternity excursion to nature. There are two double beds, small kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher, a toilet, a shower and a large sunny wooden terrace where you will find a gas grill and double sunbed. Small cottage with EV charger - No toilet

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
