The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

There is a large south facing terrace where there is sun all day. 50 meters from the door there is one of Denmark's most beautiful coastal trails that takes you directly into Allinge city (3km)

The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Inviting and beautiful holiday home, high up in Gudhjem Holiday Park on the sunny island of Bornholm overlooking the beautiful Baltic Sea. A very well-maintained and inviting bright home on 2 floors, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Nice living room with new and well-maintained kitchen with access to 2 terraces, so you can have sun or shade all day. The holiday park offers a large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field, etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

Sea view from the 1st floor, 600 meters to the city beach and harbor swimming area. 1000 meters to forest and beach. 32" Smart TV on the 1st floor. DR TV and Swedish TV. Use screen mirroring if necessary (Google Home app) on mobile or tablet. (Husforbi 2 beds on the 1st floor with duvets, linens and towels, choose double bed or 2 single beds.

The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Strandhuset er et super hyggeligt hus med stor lukket have, tre terrasser og perfekt beliggenhed blot 100 m fra Melsted Strand og 1 km ad klippestien fra Gudhjem havn. Her får du ro og fantastisk natur, samtidig med at du bor i gåafstand fra Gudhjems stejle gader, havnemiljøet, restauranter, supermarkeder, besøgsbondegård, madkulturhus, svømmehal, paddelbaner mv. Huset rummer alle moderne fornødenheder, men emmer samtidig af den oprindelige charme fra det blev bygget som sommerhus i 1938.
