Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

A very well-maintained and inviting bright home on 2 floors, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Nice living room with new and well-maintained kitchen with access to 2 terraces, so you can have sun or shade all day. The holiday park offers a large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field, etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Summer house with 25 m to the water and 180 degrees of ocean view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Der er TV med Chromecast og Apple AirPlay. Gå en hyggelig tur langs vandet mod smukke Allinge og spis på et af de to røgerier i byen eller tag med hjem. Der er parkering lige ved huset. Der går bus lige ved huset til og fra Rønne mv. Opladning af elektrisk bil er desværre ikke muligt. El-forbrug inkluderet (max. 20 kWh pr. døgn).

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The new vacation home is located on a 6000 m² property with an adjacent street and lots of nature. The good location offers all the possibilities to explore the island and experience an unforgettable holiday. Beautiful swimming bays or beaches can be reached within 5 to 20 minutes by car. Unique guest house directly on the beach with its own garden.

Relax in this unique home in idyllic and quiet surroundings in the middle of nature. There is a private garden with a barbecue. The guest house has a functional kitchen and everything you need. Incl. duvets/bed linen, towels, etc. and WiFi. There is an outdoor bath with hot water and toilet access in the main house. The coastal path is just outside the house, a 10-minute walk from Gudhjem and bus connections.

The boatbuilder's henhouse

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Spacious holiday apartment with lovely light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (an oven and two hot plates) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but the harbor is a few minutes walk from here with access to the forest and playground for the little ones. We're a family of four (two children aged 7 and 9) who live next door with our cat.

Relax in this unique and quiet home. Our summer home is located 500 meters from the sea. Here is a panoramic sea view and it is beautiful and quiet. We live in the main house, which is opposite the summer house. This means you have your own garden with terrace and the sea in front of you. Luxury in this home is tranquility, space and views.
