The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Wonderful farm stay on Bornholm.

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus auf unserem Biohof Grydehøj. Wunderschöne, ruhige ländliche Umgebung, direkt am Fahrradweg gelegen (Almindingen-Gudhjem). Wir haben 4 Isländerpferde, 2 Mütterkühe und ihre Kälber und Katzen, die alle den Umgang mit Kindern gewöhnt sind. Unsere Hühner legen jeden Tag frische Eier für unsere Gäste. Neben dem Ferienhaus vermieten wir unseren gemütlichen Zugwagen. Möchte man ein extra Zelt aufstellen, kann man dies auf unserem kleinen Naturcampingplatz tun.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Completely renovated in 2021, very individually furnished with high-quality kitchen, beautiful bathroom and spacious living area. High-quality double bed (160 cm) on the gallery and a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm) in the living area. A 25 sqm sun terrace with fantastic sea views surrounded by a flower field invites you to morning coffee or a sundowner.
