Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr./person.

Beautiful house on the rocky island

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Villa Sofie, Storehus (Kirsten)

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor there is a small beach and wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Villa Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards the Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in StoreHus (54m2) there are two beds, a sofa bed, two toilets, one bathroom and kitchen. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of LilleHouse with room for two. All kitchen facilities are present, so you can make fantastic food for all your guests. Newly furnished with 3 new double beds and 1 new sofa bed. Wood stove for heating, if you want extra coziness, and or supplement with electric panels and heat pump. Functional bathroom with shower. Lovely garden for fun and play

Wonderful farm stay on Bornholm.

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus auf unserem Biohof Grydehøj. Wunderschöne, ruhige ländliche Umgebung, direkt am Fahrradweg gelegen (Almindingen-Gudhjem). Wir haben 4 Isländerpferde, 2 Mütterkühe und ihre Kälber und Katzen, die alle den Umgang mit Kindern gewöhnt sind. Unsere Hühner legen jeden Tag frische Eier für unsere Gäste. Neben dem Ferienhaus vermieten wir unseren gemütlichen Zugwagen. Möchte man ein extra Zelt aufstellen, kann man dies auf unserem kleinen Naturcampingplatz tun.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine

Historic waterfront cottage

Historisk og charmerende sommerhus i Tejn - kun 4 kilometer fra Allinge - og et stenkast fra vandet. I det skønne "Gule Hus" finder I et moderniseret sommerhus med charme, pejs, åbent køkken, orangeri, grill, terrasse, karnap med udsigt over vandet og kun 400 meter til en badestrand. Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.
