Definitely the cleanest of any air BNB you will find. The host is amazing. He is definitely there for you 24/7. The unit I stayed in had everything I needed and I stayed for a month! As for the location, I have one word: EXCELLENT. There is nothing to be afraid of there. All of Franks neighbors are really nice. The location is a short distance from several restaurants and beach clubs. As for safety, you are extremely safe. My only regret was that the pool wasn’t open yet. San Carlos is beautiful. No doubt about where to stay!

Nos encantó el espacio que rentamos. Muy espacioso, acogedor, cómodo y en gran ubicación con la mejor vista. Sin duda volveremos! Lo único que considero que sería bueno comentar, es que hace falta un área infantil porque nosotros siendo puros adultos tuvimos que estar rodeados de niños todo el tiempo en todos lados y no siempre se viene con ganas de eso. Hasta en el jacuzzi tuvimos que estar aguantando clavados, gritos, patadas y salpicones como si fuera la alberca. Aunque sé que no es un tema del departamento, sino del complejo y los guardias, creo que valdría la pena mencionarlo o hacerlo saber al complejo para su consideración y reglamento. Todo lo demás, excelente! Gracias a Theodore y a Olivia por su hospitalidad.

Bonito Estudio en Playa!

Everything was as described, large beds, great view, everything we needed. Lourdes was very responsive and even had recommendations for cab services which are limited in San Carlos. Gym was less than desirable for anyone who needs to know but that responsibility is on La Posada and not the host. So honestly had a great time and no issues with the room.

Reservé específicamente este lugar por su alberca climatizada. La temperatura de la alberca hizo muy agradable nuestra estancia. Además, puedes llegar caminando a playa San Francisco y caminar un poco más rumbo a playa Los Delfines. Dos hermosas y extensas playas de arena blanca, donde avistamos familias de delfines a muy pocos metros de distancia! San Carlos en general es un destino limpio, bonito, y de momento, nuestro destino favorito para escapar del frío en el vecino Chihuahua.

Beautiful surroundings, convenient location, thoughtful details, comfortable amenities - we had a great stay at Playa Blanca and would definitely recommend this unit to friends looking for a great place to stay in San Carlos! Our hosts were excellent communicators, and we had a fun, comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet for the ground floor. It was wonderful to be able to stroll right out onto the beach or be steps away from the pool. Hope we can stay longer next time!

El alojamiento de Rogelio es bastante acogedor. Ubicado dentro de una colonia privada en la zona más cotizada de San Carlos, Sharky’s place es el lugar correcto para hospedarse y relajarse. La playa está solo a 5 minutos de la casa, la colonia es muy bonita, los vecinos son amables.

We loved our weeklong stay at Fernanda’s place! Loved the ocean views, 6th floor was wonderful and peaceful. Weather was perfect end of March. Water in pool and ocean was cold, needed wetsuits to snorkel/swim. Beach is walkable to marinaterra marina and has two good restaurants right in the beach. Loved La Palapa griega more than El Mar. Can walk to caffeino coffee stand at end of driveway entrance. Bus station to go farther down blvd right close to circle K. The pool area was clean and well kept. Hot tub nice at night or after snorkeling. Condo has everything you need to cook/make drinks. Beds somewhat comfortable but very clean and lots of pillows! TV has prime video/netflix & local cable. Washer/dryer are great. Loved hearing the ocean & the breeze was great through the screens! No need for heat/AC in march or April. We loved the small town feel. Saw dolphins outside early in the morning. Can highly recommend sunset bar & grill, soggy peso and la Palapa. Xunuta Bar too

I had Fernanda as a host in the past. She is great communicating with me all the details and any question I may have. The condo was so clean and befitting, and have those little details that make vacations special.
