We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca previously and the choice to stay again was easy. Martin was a great host and facilitated the the arrival process. We searched for pet friendly locations in San Carlos and this by far is the most accessible and welcoming to pets with some very well kept grass areas and beach access. Other pet owners also had their pets leashed which makes for safe and enjoyable experience. It was just me wife and the 2 kids and our pet dogs. The room was very clean and living area was spacious. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent! I really liked the accommodation with Frank, it's a good place to spend your time in San Carlos, it's a few blocks from the beach but if you have a car, no problem

An excellent place, it complies with what is mentioned in the publication, it has a beach that you can reach on foot, it is 5 minutes from a gas station and a convenience store, 15 minutes by car from the viewpoint and 20 minutes from Algodones beach, very comfortable and the air conditioning was well selected for the thermal load that could be generated in the place, hot water, clean towels and very neat in general.

The house is very private, very quiet around, the pool is perfect for children, Saul is very kind and answers any questions or requests immediately.

Omar’s home is in a quiet, clean, guarded neighborhood centrally located walking distance from restaurants and across the street from the beach. Omar accommodated us on a late booking request which allowed us to rest after a long travel day. We will be back!!

We've stayed in many properties in Condominios Pilar for nearly 30 years. This condo was one of our favorites. It's in the northernmost corner of the Pilar property, so its a little further walk to the pool or main office, but it's very conveniently located to the parking area. This made the unloading and loading in the summer heat and humidity (the worst part of our annual vacation) very easy. The gated porch was ideal for managing our small dog and my toddler during the daily excursions to and from the beach. Everything indoors is well maintained and functions well. Lynn was very responsive throughout our stay. The water went out the morning after we arrived and I messaged Lynn - we quickly found out many condos were impacted and she was able to inform us that the property was managing an issue with the generators and that it was going to be resolved shortly. Her attentiveness and clearly positive relationship with Pilar brings a great peace of mind. Look forward to renting again!

I have been coming to Condos Pilar since 2006. I have to say that Scott’s place is absolutely one of the nicest condos available there. Talk about bang for your buck! You can’t get better than the wonderful ocean view the half mile walk to the estuary, the peace and quiet ! Scott was a great host too many thanks to him. We would love to be back as many times as our life allows! After 20 years, Condos Pilar is the same - peace and quiet and the beautiful nature

We have stayed at Catherine’s a few times and its just always been perfect! We will plan future trips with her Airbnb as our preferred place to stay :)

Excellent stay, we would definitely come back, Maria was attentive and there was always very good communication, the place was clean and we didn't need anything. Recommended for anyone looking to have a good stay in San Carlos.

We had an awesome stay—my family absolutely loved it! The place was clean, comfortable & easy check-in, and had everything we needed. The host was truly the best: super responsive and helpful throughout our visit the onsite store was closed the majority of the time, but would definetly stay again
