The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary utilities. We especially appreciated the fully functional grill it was a great touch! The beach was just a 2-minute walk away, which made the location perfect. Overall, we had a great stay!

Loved staying here. Eugenia’s place felt very homey and she was an amazing host. Very friendly and it felt a home away from home will definitely stay again. Price was awesome and we enjoyed the private pool and backyard. The outdoor bathroom was a plus.

We've stayed in many properties in Condominios Pilar for nearly 30 years. This condo was one of our favorites. It's in the northernmost corner of the Pilar property, so its a little further walk to the pool or main office, but it's very conveniently located to the parking area. This made the unloading and loading in the summer heat and humidity (the worst part of our annual vacation) very easy. The gated porch was ideal for managing our small dog and my toddler during the daily excursions to and from the beach. Everything indoors is well maintained and functions well. Lynn was very responsive throughout our stay. The water went out the morning after we arrived and I messaged Lynn - we quickly found out many condos were impacted and she was able to inform us that the property was managing an issue with the generators and that it was going to be resolved shortly. Her attentiveness and clearly positive relationship with Pilar brings a great peace of mind. Look forward to renting again!

Amazing stay! The beachfront condo was in the perfect location—just steps from great restaurants and bars. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Highly recommend!

This place is an excellent deal, beautiful views, nice and quiet! My only complaint is the lack of communication for which apartment to enter, please include this information for the next guests. I do highly recommend the stay at Esteban’s apartment! Best views in the city!

We had an amazing stay at Vonda’s condo in the Pilar community. The condo was spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The furniture was very comfortable, and the king-size bed with quality linens made for a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Pilar itself is a wonderful and welcoming community—peaceful, friendly, and beautifully maintained. The beach is absolutely stunning—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable dolphin sightings early in the morning. The water temperature was perfect for swimming and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We’ll definitely be back!

FOR THE MOST PART THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL DESCRIBED. THE WAY IN THE COMPLEX MAY NEED SOME PAVEMENT WORK ASAP. BUT FOR THEOST PART WE HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN GUILLERMINA PROPERTY.

Marie’s apartment and island of paradise was a nice retreat after a long day in the boatyard. And she’s a great host. Feels more like a friend!! Highly recommend. Though, I will say, if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The second floor is more of a loft with a ladder like stair system and there’s a low bridge getting into the shower/bathroom. Otherwise, wide open. And it is a very secure place in a truly Mexican part of town.
