Apartment vacation rentals in Guaymallén Department

I was looking for a place to stay with my partner and we were lucky enough to find this place. From the first moment Alejo was super attentive to us and throughout our stay he was attentive in case we needed anything. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and bright. We went in January, the air conditioning was our best ally for the hot days The bed is huge, very comfortable. The bathroom was in perfect condition In our particular case we do not have a car and we had to get around by bus and luckily it is an area with good mobility, many lines pass through. It's an area far from downtown but very nice If we fly to Mendoza, we would definitely choose to stay here again

Excellent place! Just as you see it in the photos. Flor was super friendly with the check-in. She was very attentive upon arrival. Super recommended place . 4 of us stayed for 10 days and the sofa bed was comfortable. The apartment is very nice and is in a nice area

Good location to get around by car and public transport, comfortable and clean apartment, in our case for a long stay of a month the refrigerator is a bit limited by the size, the rest is all very good!! I recommend it!!! The hostess is very kind and always attentive

Our second stay at the place, because we loved the apartment from the first night we stayed! We spent a few very comfortable months, working from home with everything we needed to serve us, a great location with everything we needed around, market, squares, cafes, restaurants and everything very safe. Valentín was a five-star host in every respect, always ready to assist us in whatever was needed, resolve any situation and promptly answer any questions. Our stay in Mendoza was more special because we stayed with Valentin, we loved the apartment and would come back to have it as our many more times in the future. It's beautiful, comfortable, conveniently located and has everything you might need and want for a five-star stay. We recommend it to anyone passing through the city, for a weekend or months. Easy access, good location, comfortable apartment. But the shared parking needs to be changed, since agreeing with the rest of the passengers to park the vehicle is an issue.

The experience of staying at Matías's is very good. The apartment is better than the pictures !. On the other hand, he is a super host always ready to help you and address any concerns.

We were blown away by the round trip of our vacation and everything was great. The apartments are nice and comfortable. Easy access and close to downtown. Comfortable and safe garage inside the property. We would choose them again. Sandra is very attentive.

Everything was excellent, from the willingness of Belén to orient us, and even extend the time to withdraw on the day of check-out; the only thing in what I suggest repair is in the wifi signal and warn foreigners to bring power adapters to charge and use their equipment and/or personal items.

Perfect place. It feels like a home with everything you need. The home is very safe, with gates, cameras, and high walls. There was a place for a car inside the gates as well. The host is very helpful and attentive, we enjoyed speaking to him. There is a mall a short distance away. I highly recommend this place to someone who wants to stay where local people live. There was a lady across the street that sold home-cooked food. I'm missing that food already. When we come back to Mendoza we will stay here.

Beautiful stay a few blocks from downtown Mendoza and near San Martín's house. The house is very comfortable and was very clean. Check-in was very easy and comfortable, we arrived at night and were able to get in without any problems. Lara was super attentive and always willing to help us.

Our stay was exceptional! It's a shame that we were only 1 night, we're definitely going back! Mario received us very kindly and allowed us to check-in in advance, as we had an appointment at the Catena Zapata bodega and we could not delay any rsrs The apartment is beautiful and cozy. It has everything you need in the surroundings, pharmacies, market, restaurants, wine shops... The only difficulty we had was in relation to the parking lot, but we realized that it is a problem in Mendoza in general, it is impossible to find a vacancy on the street. As we were in 2 cars, Mario helped us find parking lots that accept payment per night, which was great! We can't wait until we return!

Everything excellent. The building is new and offers different amenities. The view of the city and San Martin Park is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for 4 or 5 people. It is next to Mercado Moreno that is really worth knowing. Mendoza as cute and pleasant as ever.

Great apartment in a nice location. plenty of stores and restaurants around and just a short trip to lujan de cuyo. the apartment was clean, spacious, extremely well equipped and the jacuzzi was such a nice touch. highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful accommodation, clean, tidy with everything you need for cooking. The view is divine. The complex is very comfortable, we used the gym and the pool area and they are always well maintained. The place is very quiet, the area is safe day and night. Next door is a place to eat all day long. The people at the reception are very friendly. Mery's service was impeccable. We had a very nice time, we'll be back!
