Monthly Rentals in Guatemala City

Thank you Juan for Everything , and for picking me up at the airport, his place is small but confi , it only needs a fan and maybe a microwave if you are planning to heat some left overs, other than that for the price is perfect !!

Beautiful space to rest, easy to get to historical sites on foot or by Uber by day. Not an area to wonder on foot at night in my opinion. Laundry on site, do request an extra coin for the dryer. Internet based TV or local channels, Do bring your own logins. Internet was excellent. All the cooking utensils that are needed in pristine condition, Lovely shower gel! Very safe building, with building reception on site. Excellent communication. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Zone 1 to stay here, I would stay here again.
