This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Excelente apartamento en el corazón de la zona uno. Espectacular vista del parque central, catedral y palacio. Muy seguro edificio a una cuadra de un supermercado y del mercado central. Muchos buenos restaurantes cercanos. El apartamento es muy grande con cocina completa y dos habitaciones grandes. Muy completo y acogedor. Buena ducha con bastante agua caliente. Maquina para lavar y secar ropa. Buen internet. Cesar es un excelente anfitrión. Este apartamento es súper recomendado.

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

This is a beautiful Airbnb close to La Merced. It’s very quiet and had plenty of space for our large group. There were screens on the master bedroom doors but, it would be helpful to have screens on the doors of the other bedrooms as there is no air conditioning and there were mosquitos.

2nd time staying at Sor Juana and its more dreamy than I remember. Go ahead and book this place NOW. The rooms are massive, the terrace is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. The breakfast provided was delicious and we were even able to wash and dry our clothes since we hiked Acatenango one of the days. Its also spacious enough for everyone to hang out in different areas of the house so you dont ever feel crowed. Cant say enough good things about this place. One quirk we didn’t realize is that the showers take a bit to warm up, so just let the water run for a few minutes before jumping in.
