Villa vacation rentals in Guatemala City Metropolitan Area

Great place. Very modern, spacious and clean. Felt brand new with a really nice layout. A lot of natural light. Very large comfortable bed. Would be a nice place for a long term stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Plaza, or you can walk 5 minutes and get a Tuk Tuk and be anywhere fairly quickly. If staying right in the center of town is not overly important to you, I highly recommend this place.

Jorge is a great host, I support us at all times, he was very kind in supporting us with taking us to the airport since we were difficult to get transportation and even support us to be able to buy something to eat because we arrived exhausted. It made us feel like a friend in another country and that is worth it.

The house was lovely, just like in the pictures and even more. It was the perfect space during our vacation. It has nice little touches inside, plenty of room, and it’s in a great area with an amazing view of the volcano. Very clean and comfortable. Waleska was super helpful and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a few hiccups getting from the airport, but she made sure we got there fine and helped make check-in and checkout really smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

i stayed here for 30 days and had absolutely no problems while there. Good internet, comfortable and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Door, grounds, maid were very nice and always had a smile on them. i would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hostess stayed on top of things if we needed anything.

The house was very beautiful, clean, quiet, and well stocked. Security was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We were near the central market in Antigua 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes via tuk tuk Q30. Walking distance from the local shops and great restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone. The host was very attentive and responded immediately. We arrived 3 hours early and we’re worried that they would not be able to accommodate us but the host was very nice and worked with the care takers and let us check in early.

Tom and Marjory were around alot and helpful for any kind of questions. We appreciated that he let us drop our bags early in the day while the room was still being cleaned. The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the town center and 5 from the main market. We opted to walk instead of tuk tuks and felt very safe, even around 10 PM. The courtyard for the apartments was tranquil and lovely. we enjoyed the hammocks and the hot tubs. Only small surprise was that the front door and the 2nd floor door to the shared 2nd floor patio were large glass sliding doors. So to get privacy , you have to completely shut the curtains. Great house in a great location just a short drive into town. The house is in a nice quite neighborhood and the outdoor spaces upstairs on the roof were awesome! I would stay here again if in Antigua, highly recommended.

Cozy little apartment in a beautiful compound run by friendly and helpful onsite staff. It's a little removed from all the tourism sights and activities, but the garden and pool are lovely to enjoy if you don't mind traveling 15 minutes back and forth by taxi to visit the city. (Actually, a bonus if you're looking to avoid all tourist activities.) The kitchen has only the bare minimum basics, so those who enjoy cooking may find it challenging to prepare meals. No cutting boards, no butter knives, no grater, and other commonly used kitchen items. But if all you need is a microwave and a fork, then you're good to go. Food delivery is available via phone apps, so that might be enough for some people.

The place was great , Azucena was very helpful all the way around the house , she was more than we expected. We love it.
