The reservation at this link is the Casa Perto National Sanctuary near the Basilica (15 minutes on foot), supermarket, restaurants on the corner, 5 minutes from the Bus Station, Pharmacies, Feira dos Ambulantes and Downtown. The place caters to couples, family, solo adventurers, and pilgrims. IN the house only those who booked the reservation can stay in the house. We only accept pet animals, small size paying the fee and smoking in the house is prohibited. There is space for motorcycles, bicycles, the neighborhood is quiet, with a night guard.

Apartment with spectacular location and safe in the city center. Close to all services and colleges. Located 20 minutes from Canção Nova and 30 minutes from the Basilica of Our Lady of Aparecida. Children of any age will be counted as an extra guest. It is worth noting that the apartment (ground floor) is not equipped with safety measures for children such as: protection on windows and electrical outlets. That said, it is at the guest's discretion to make the reservation taking into account the information.

A new comfortable house with modern furniture, the location is perfect because it is in the main neighborhood of Guaratinguetá near a pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, public transportation, two streets below is the avenue that gives access to E.E.Aeronautica, two above in Clube Itaguara and further above we have Fórum and FEG Faculty of Engineering.
