It was all perfect, the location is wonderful very close to Canção Nova, the building is quiet, the apartment is a grace, everything tidy, very clean and organized, I love that there is a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, until the view of the room and the living brings us peace...and Roger is a great host, he welcomed us very well, with the flexible check-in because we arrive late due to the distance, I will always come back!!! Super recommend!!!

The stay was very good! The place is as advertised! Juana was very kind in her communications. The condominium is easily accessible and very close to Capivari. Only the sofa bed in the living room is a little uncomfortable and we found the mattress in the bedroom very soft. We also had a small communication problem about the boiler: we didn't know that the circuit breaker (it's behind the front door) should be turned on and we had to take a cold shower when we arrived. Juana recommended that we speak with the reception to resolve the issue. Another detail is that the elevator was under maintenance, so we had to go up 2 floors with our luggage.

Eduardo's apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view. It has many cooking utensils if you want. Very comfortable, just minutes from downtown. Very quiet, very peaceful condominium. It's worth getting to know!

Our stay was super quiet. The apartment is cute and was very clean. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and very comfortable mattresses. I suggest taking extra towels, because due to the season they take a long time to dry. The heated pool is great and the apartment's showers are excellent. I recommend it without reservation. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
