The apartment is very new and complete, with all kitchen, bathroom and linen items. The hostess Ana was very helpful the whole time and gave us great tips. All the concierge staff were extremely friendly, always helping us with the location. The stay far exceeded our expectations and we will certainly return in the future :)

Cozy, organized apto… do you know the simple one that conquers the person? This was the apartment. And the location is accessible to everything . I say mine was perfect . Of course, I will always be back.

We loved it Airbnb! The space is great. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks and the views are stunning. Santa Teresa is a super charming neighborhood. Several good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend it!

We stay at nina's house, everything clean and organized, the house has plenty of utensils in the kitchen for those who like to cook, we particularly hardly use it because we eat outside, but the ap is great and very close to the beach! Great street restaurants and bakeries. We really love thank you 💕

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.

I'll start by saying that Luiz is an excellent host, attentive, responds quickly and always solves what we need, the location of the apartment is another exceptional thing, on the beach, security at the door of the building all the time, which gives us a lot of peace of mind to stay until later or arrive at the place at any time. The accommodations are also great, very complete apartment with furniture and utensils. Anyway! Just thank you, recommend to anyone who may be interested in the certainty that we will stay with Mr. Luiz again.
