There are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, laundries, juices, and other stores a short walk away from the building, and beautiful Copacabana Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Cardeal ArcoVerde subway station is right in front of the building. There is also a bike rental point across the street! The living room is large, with a dining table, sofa bed (double) and a balcony with plants and a hammock. The kitchen is complete, equipped with all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has been renovated and has a 220v shower. The room has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a portable floor fan.

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
