Great host, great location. awesome pool and enemies. walking distance to several restaurants. we are a family of 7 and had plenty of space. my only quip was no AC during the day. I'm hot-natured so it was a little uncomfortable during late May. evening was cool with open windows after sun down. host has many fans available to cool off. overall, I would stay again

Al inicio que llegué estaba súper perdida del lugar y como llegamos muy noche realmente no había nadie a quien preguntarle, sin mucha esperanza le mandé mensaje a David y para mi sorpresa me respondió rápidamente y me ayudó a resolver muy amablemente, la estadía estuvo muy cómoda y nos la pasamos muy agusto.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días agradables en guadalajara, buena ubicación, el departamento muy limpio y ordenado. Nos sentimos como en casa Totalmente recomendado

The apartment is amazing, spacious and comfortable. The bed is especially very comfy and I felt at home the two months I stayed! Consuelo la vecina is super helpful and friendly and Laura is always friendly and responsive! The only note I have is that the sofa bed is simply a part you pull out underneath one of the couches size individual, but there are two couches they other one is comfy and can be slept in too. I’m super satisfied with the stay, the kitchen the bathroom the balcony and laundry was all amazing! Also the cleaning service was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend this place

El Lugar muy cómodo, y súper cerquita del centro de Tlaquepaque,con todo para ocupar como en casa, plancha, Burro de planchar, secadora, cafetera, ollas para cocinar etc ..,solo que Nada más tiene aire acondicionado la recámara principal y la otra solo ventilador la estancia no tiene, todo lo demás me pareció perfecto!!

Todo fue muy agradable tanto la estancia como la comunicación con el anfitrión

Wow! This location far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit is brand new and very chic. The furniture is comfortable. stylish and includes many great art pieces that give the space life you don't find in hotels. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, quite, and cute. There is a convenience store in the complex and the area outside is pleasantly walkable. Pepe is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk too, make sure to spend some time getting to know him. Simply put, this is the best deal in town and should not be missed. I can't wait to return for another stay. Thanks Pepe!

We came as a large group of veterinarians and support team members to attend a symposium at the university. This place was perfect for us and we loved that every single bedroom has its own bathroom. The common areas are very large and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outstanding communication and courtesy along the way.

Nuestra estancia estuvo muy agradable , tuvimos un excelente atención , siempre en todo momento el encargado estaba al pendiente . La casa limpia ordenada , muy confortable , suficientes baños , todos muy limpios , la cocina muy grande , en todo momento pudimos cocinar ,la casa está en una muy buena zona , tranquila . Definitivamente regreso a rentar . El encargado de la casa tiene Uber el Sr muy responsable y confiable , nos realizó nuestros traslados al aeropuerto . Todo estuvo 10/10 .

Eatubo fenomel el timpo que estuvimos algo que tiene y no se ve en las fotos es que tiene ventiladores en el techo de la sala y cuartos eso ayudo muchisimo sobre todo en tiempos de calor 👍🏼 , el aprtamento esta fenomenal , limpio y acojedor , justo en frente esta una tiendita que te salva de muchos apuros ,para mi este apartemento esta perfecto y en un buen puento para moverte por la ciudad , una gran experiencia todo , el estacionamiento asignado super cercas y muy seguro , el personal de seguridad del lugar muy amable en si estubo al 100% todo , recomendado y claro que regresaremos en un futuro

I loved this Airbnb. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Guadalajara. I had previously been in another Airbnb for 2 months and when I switched to this one for the last 7 weeks of my stay, it really improved my time in GDL. Here are some of my favorite things about the space: the light and air flow. If you open the front windows and prop the back door at the terrace (yes there’s a mini balcony), the place is so light and breezy. It got up to 97F outside while I was there, but with everything open, it was still cool and breezy inside. The shower is excellent, good pressure and plenty of hot water, the best I’ve encountered at an Airbnb in Mexico. There is a nice big table and fast WiFi, so it is very easy to work from home. Having spent almost 4 months in GDL with lots of walking and exploring, I can say that I love this little part of the neighborhood. It is completely safe and walkable and there are so many awesome little cafes close by. Highly recommend.

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Our stay was great, close to the a lot of restaurants/bars and most important felt safe. Marichuy was a great host very attentive and made us feel welcome. 🙂
