The house is very clean, the nice place is very clean

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

Undoubtedly a cozy space, with a great decoration that invites you to have a family life. The attention and responses always to the order are very grateful to our family with Blanca and her family.

The house is at the shore of the Chapala Lake, an unbeatable location. Very well cared for and extremely clean. It has a couple that takes care of it and cleans the garden daily. It has 4 bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 beds and 3 bathrooms in total. A fully-equipped kitchen. A splendid garden with an exceptional view. Rafael was a great host. The little details that came up were immediately corrected. We had a very pleasant stay and with a lot of desire to be back

Great listing with the perfect luxury home feel. Sort of a walk from the plaza principal but still well located to other businesses. Loved this place and hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful home excellent for big groups or families. Comfortable, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed every night and Monica and Enedina were terrific hosts. They were responsive and helped us with logistics. We would not hesitate to recommending this place to other families.

A great place to relax, it's very large, we loved it...!!! The pool is heated and a good size; it has loungers around it, a Bose speaker, appliances, kitchen utensils, a ping pong table and foosball. We took my 5 dogs, they got tired of running in the green areas, it's very well fenced, no danger to them. Ample parking inside the cottage. Great communication with Mr. Jorge and his son. My family and I hope to return. Thank you for everything. :)

The accommodation is very good and comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and there was everything we needed, we had a great time, I will return.

The house is well maintained and in good condition. The garden is very large and well kept. The pool, hot tub and pool table contributed a lot to the experience. Communication with Alvaro was good because he doesn't take long to respond. Overall a great place!

Miguel is a great host. He was always available for any questions, and at check-in and check-out time he always supported us. The place is 100% like the photos and is recommended for a stay away from the stress of the city.

It was a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, very quiet ideal to rest, the pool size is enough to swim, my dogs also enjoyed the stay. My husband and I matched the host Jen's details. The view that the house has on the lake is spectacular, waking up, eating or watching the afternoon fall with that view is very enjoyable. The gardens are very well maintained. Excellent experience highly recommended, we will definitely return.
