We have stayed at this complex many times before when visiting Guadalajara. The location is great with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and very well decorated. The view from our own balcony is second to none. Secured parking and easy entry makes this suite our favorite. We will be back every time we’re in town. Thanks Paola.

This my second time staying there. The place is nice and secure. Close to a lot of stuff. Totally walkable to the city. I definitely would stay again

Es un excelente alojamiento dado por la cercanía al centro, mejor ubicación no pudo haber. El trato con Tony fue excelente, atento siempre, la habitación sumamente cómoda, sin dudar, un excelente alojamiento!.

The apartment provided excellent service, was clean, had all the required utilities, beautiful installations, and amenities. The host gave us excellent service and support throughout the time. 100% recommendable.

Estadía muy tranquila y agradable

First time in Guadalajara and the location was great for where we wanted to explore. The building itself is nice and we really appreciated the 24/7 security outside for those late night arrivals. Place was super cute and look just like the photos. Host is responsive and answered all questions. Appreciate you opening your home!

Excelente opción de alojamiento. La zona es muy bonita y segura, y es muy fácil trasladarse desde este punto. El departamento muy limpio, ordenado y funcionando todo a la perfección. Rodrigo en todo momento pendiente, amable y muy accesible. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Muy recomendable! Definitivamente siempre reservaremos aquí en nuestros siguientes viajes a Guadalajara.

La estancia en el depa de Jose fue muy buena, está localizado donde encuentras de todo a pocos pasos, muy seguro (24hrs), si requieres hacer tours por GDL sobre la misma avenida los pasan a recoger por lo que nos requires desplazarte a otra ubicación. Gracias Jose!

The apartment is amazing, spacious and comfortable. The bed is especially very comfy and I felt at home the two months I stayed! Consuelo la vecina is super helpful and friendly and Laura is always friendly and responsive! The only note I have is that the sofa bed is simply a part you pull out underneath one of the couches size individual, but there are two couches they other one is comfy and can be slept in too. I’m super satisfied with the stay, the kitchen the bathroom the balcony and laundry was all amazing! Also the cleaning service was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend this place

I had a wonderful one-month stay in Luis' apartment. It's the perfect location to explore Tlaquepaque. The fourth-floor location gives a nice view of the horizon, and the nearby shared patio has a spectacular sunset display every evening. Luis was always quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Wow! This location far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit is brand new and very chic. The furniture is comfortable. stylish and includes many great art pieces that give the space life you don't find in hotels. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, quite, and cute. There is a convenience store in the complex and the area outside is pleasantly walkable. Pepe is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk too, make sure to spend some time getting to know him. Simply put, this is the best deal in town and should not be missed. I can't wait to return for another stay. Thanks Pepe!
