The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

The entire complex was built with Loxone building technology. The apartment has a separate entrance, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Parquet floors in the apartments ensure a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. A washing machine is available on request.
