We had a fantastic stay at The Jade—thank you for opening your lovely home to us! Traveling with two couples and a toddler, we really appreciated how family-friendly the space was. The abundance of toys, plastic plates and bowls, a pack 'n play, and the baby gate for the staircase were thoughtful touches that made our stay so much easier. While the chilly and rainy weather kept us from using the pool, we absolutely loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi—it was such a treat! The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

We love visiting the McGee Cottage. This was our second stay in Beersheba Springs and it was just what the doctor ordered. The cottage is homey and cozy and old-fashioned and there is a lovely walk just outside the door. The area is full of wonderful hikes, waterfalls, and mountain views, and the McGee Cottage is a great home base for exploring the area. The peace and quiet were restorative. We'll be back!

Such a beautiful and cozy stay! Truly felt right at home- from the cookbook to the board games this was a place I'd love to stay at longer. Stacy was a great host and made sure all potential needs were taken care of. Highly recommend!

We do an event at the nearby park every year and this place was a gem to find. We were only there for a few hours, just long enough to get some Zs. However, when we opened up the fridge we saw fresh bread, eggs, and milk. I think they made it. Who does that? Super awesome. I gave all of the bread to all the volunteers who helped out at the race on the Fiery Gizz. They loved it. Thank you for a great place at a great price. Will be back in the years to come.

Graduation weekend retreat for our family. This gorgeous lakeside home was the perfect place to stay while celebrating our grad. It's very close to campus and has every amenity. We felt so at home. The house is thoughtfully appointed and welcoming. Sandra is a friendly hostess. I would HIGHLY recommend this home.

Our weekend stay here was perfect for our whole bridal party and allowed us to have the best time at our friend’s wedding. Both of the houses were very clean, and very updated. The fire pit was really nice to have too. I highly recommend this place!

There for Sewanee Mom’s wkd. Great location. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Great showers. Personal touch of fresh flowers. Accommodated bringing the dog last minute. Would stay again. Great access to bike trail.

We loved the extra details that Ginger took time for! The snacks and sourdough were such a treat!!! My teens even said they wish we could have stayed longer- we only booked for one night. Everyone slept soundly and the house and linens were immaculately clean (and we are particular about that!)

Jordan was an amazing host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. We absolutely loved our time at The Silent Princess! We fished right from the backyard, launched our kayaks and used the fire pit every night! Our 3 boys caught frogs at night, saw several unique birds during the day and saw deer in the front yard early in the morning! We had everything needed for a ln amazing Easter weekend with our family of five! We explored the area and saw a beautiful waterfall at Foster Falls without having to hike. Mountain Goat Market was such a fun place for lunch! The owner of Rosie’s Farmhouse Kitchen was so sweet and catered an Easter dinner for our family! I highly recommend reaching out to her before your trip to plan some delicious food! Melissa was so helpful, kind and understanding the entire trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better host!

This was our third visit to this beautiful home. We love the view of the valley. The home has a cool comfortable modern vibe.
