Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. Possibility to fish in Vänern without a fishing license. Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. We stayed 1 night in Therese's cottage but we liked it very much. With all the comforts in a beautiful area. Furthermore, in line with the description. The cottage is low, so for the larger fellow a longer stay might be a bit annoying. For a single night, that's no problem. Thank you Therese for the stay.
