Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

The host gave clear and convenient instructions in advance. Was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. This place is great, the location is great. We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

Sandro was most helpful. The apartment was modern, ultra clean and very comfortable. Ample space for four. The unit was a great hideway from the buzz. Location was great. Easy walk to all attractions. Fresh produce and seafood vendors in nearby square. Would have loved to stay longer!

I enjoyed my stay at Enrico's apartment. It is very well located for visiting the city of Verona but also for getting to the "Verona Porta Nuova" station for travelers like me who want to visit other cities like Venice, Padua or Vicenza. The apartment matches the description provided perfectly as well as the photos provided on AirBnB. The building is quiet and well secured. I felt very comfortable and will gladly return during a future stay in this beautiful city. Note: the tourist tax for the city of Verona is EUR 3.50/person/night to be paid in cash to the host.

I stayed while sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and convenient for getting to Venice Island.The room was spacious and clean, and it was easy to contact the host and we had a pleasant time.

The house is tastefully furnished, the spaces are divided in a smart way. The house is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet alley. The house is on the ground floor and is all flat without the architectural barriers. The docia and opening gives you wide sounds. These features make it possible to use the house for those who use wheelchairs, crutches, etc. The host is extremely kind, responds quickly, with advice and leaves us with many thoughts such as wines, water, fresh. We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Angela is a very friendly, flexible host who responds quickly to questions. The apartment is very nice and warm (heated) and much larger than expected. The small terrace is especially pretty. The way into the city is very easy and good to do on foot. We recommend Angela's apartment without reservation and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Such a nice place with peaceful neighbors.
