Intimità, serenità e possibilità di condividere gli spazi esterni. Siamo molto vicini alla stazione ferroviaria (linea Torino-Modane) e metropolitana stazione "Fermi". In 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Torino e siamo a 5 minuti dall'ingresso della tangenziale. La zona in cui ci troviamo è molto tranquilla. Ci sono ottime pizzerie e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, ed a 10 minuti di auto si può visitare il museo d'arte contemporanea nel Castello di Rivoli.
